I ordered from the website however dpd…
I ordered from the website however dpd delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I did not receive this back, after constant direct calls to dpd I was told that I would receive it in the next 24 hours which I never did. I contacted zanouchi and they were very quick to respond and very understanding and sent me out another parcel as soon as possible. Very happy with the service will definitely be purchasing again :)

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I am Always a little reluctant trying a new store online but i wasvery surprised with the quality. Bought about 10-12 items of clothing needed to return 2 and the service was unbelievable. Would highly reccomend.

I accidentally came across this company on the Internet and I'm glad I did. The quality of the clothes are second to none and worth every penny. Delivery is very quick and arrived in good order. Getting in touch with this company is easy, they are very helpful and friendly. Since discovering them I have ordered twice already and I'm very very happy with everything I have ordered.
