forgot my password. reset link never came. checked spam. nothing. tried again. nothing. messaged support. they reset it manually in 2 minutes. then the guy asked "do you want me to enable sms 2fa so this doesnt happen again?" yes. he did it for me.

i asked support at 2am on a saturday if…
i asked support at 2am on a saturday if they have vietnamese pairs. they said no but explained how to trade usd/vnd via futures on their platform. then the guy stayed on chat for 15 minutes walking me through the contract specs. saturday. 2am. 5 stars just for that.

my cat walked on my keyboard while i had a btc position open. i swear to god. i was in the kitchen making coffee. came back. cat had hit market sell. closed my long for a $12 loss. i emailed support as a joke asking if they could reverse a "cat trade". the guy replied "send a photo of the cat". i did. he credited me $12. best support ever. 5 stars.
