I ordered a photo frame online; and was uncertain about the delivery timetable. As it turns out, the item was still waiting to leave the warehouse as I had not provided a physical address; just my PO Box address. I am glad Mike was able to update these details and give me a meaningful delivery timetable. Well done, Mike!

No complaints about the product, was what I expected. MIKE in customer service was VERY helpful, fast and proficient in helping me get my refund organise. Very grateful to MIKE....However, IZZY, was terrible!! I spent almost a week sending emails back and forth and in once instance sent 3 emails in 24hours trying to get a response so I could send out my item for return and I had silence from them. I jumped online to the online chat and MIKE answered my message. I was very upset and annoyed with IZZY but MIKE very quickly sorted my issue and within 7 minutes all was finished and fixed. HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE MIKE!!!!! and a message to IZZY.... Be like MIKE!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Did not receive my bedhead and slats. Took me 4 weeks to get a new one. When it arrived, the bedhead had a massive crack in it.
Don't waste your time with this company.

Great Customer Service with Out of Stock Item
The item I was after was on sale but listed as out of stock on the Zanui website. I contacted customer service via online chat and was assisted by Leslie who took note of the item and said they would follow up. I didn't hold out much hope, but sure enough, Leslie came back to me the following morning via email to say the warehouse had found 2 more items available and that it was back in stock on the website. I quickly made my purchase, at a great price. Thanks to Leslie for following up my query and doing exactly what was promised. Many thanks Leslie!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service that I have not seen for quite a while from other online businesses. The customer service dealt with my product issue in a timely manner and kept me updated consistently. The outdoor bench was not the best quality but they did their best to resolve any quality issues. They were much easier to deal with than Kogan. It wasn't dehumanising dealing with Zanui.

Horrific shipping charges
Absolutely horrific shipping charges I went to purchase a $49 fake plant BUT when I realized they wanted nearly $100 to ship it I promptly changed my mind and found something similar elsewhere Why on earth would you pay twice the cost of the item for shipping? The plant was only 60cm H x 40cm W

We ordered a cubby house from Zanui. We'd been looking at this particular cubby house for a while, but then found the exact same one (from the same manufacturer) on Zanui. Zanui had a promotion running which meant that we were able to save about $200 by buying it through them. WIN!
It arrived pretty quickly, but when we opened up the boxes to start building it, we noticed that a couple of the pieces were damaged. (There were maybe a hundred pieces so to only have 2 damaged was actually really good!) I contacted Zanui customer service and they were SUPER responsive. I dealt with Carla and she was absolutely amazing. Kept me updated on how things were progressing without me having to chase and I have just received the replacement parts in perfect condition.

No delivery No Item Poor Resolution
Two weeks and counting now and waiting for delivery on my order and it appears that the freight forwarder Hunter Express has misplaced my item. I have been chasing for a week and just receive ineffective responses. Many emails sent to their customer service support team who are equally hopeless in resolving the matter .. one big joke. Will not be making future purchases from this website. Absolute farce!

Good follow-up on shipment query.
I just want to thank Carla for investigating where my order was as thought I should have received it by now. And yes, it did arrive today from Hunter and when I asked the driver where he was from he advised Taree; so the shipment must have gone in “stages” to finally reached a local driver for the last leg.
