Excellent Customer Service

My very first order with Zanui was concerning because I had a problem with the item of furniture I received. However I contacted their Customer Service department straight away and Carla dealt with it very professionally. She organised a replacement and provided tracking info directly to myself because it was not automatically generated given she had organised the replacement order. My new table arrived promptly and I was very pleased with the Customer service and the resolution provided. If all the team are as conscientious and efficient as Carla, I have no hesitation in making future purchases from Zanui

Easy change of mind return

Great Customer Service

I don’t shop on line much, due to a fear of returns! I made a silly mistake and ordered 2 sets of coffee tables when I only had space for one. I contacted Leslie at Customer Service who talked me through the process - I only had to print off a label and leave it at the front door! Refund sent earlier than anticipated,too. Will shop here again.

NEVER Order from Zanui

If you're into stress and migraines, go ahead, order from Zanui. I live in Perth. I ordered a MASSIVE Coffee Table from Zanui. They LOST it. It's a month later, they STILL have ZERO idea where my Coffee Table is, meantime, EVERYTHING else I ordered from QLD, NSW and USA the same day I ordered from Zanui, arrived 10-12 days ago. It was meant to be delivered to me a week ago, and I rearranged everything in my livingroom to lay a rug and then the coffee table, so I have been sleeping on my couch because my bed is full of livingroom stuff----which would be great fun if I were 6 years old and not 56 and not kust had major surgery. Adding insult to injury: Zanui Outsources their phone calls, so &%$#@#*! No doubt, The Apocalypse will arrive before my Coffee Table.

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Ordered a few items and realised Bunnings had the same thing for pretty much $100 less. So wanted to cancel my order and ask for a refund the next day which was a Sunday hoping they haven’t been despatched. The items haven’t been despatched but according to customer service, they have been picked and packed and labelled, therefore, I have to wait till I revive the order spend my own money and send it back. Their customer service numbers only work during business hours, yet somehow my order was picked and packed on a Sunday. According to their terms and conditions, we can’t cancel an order after a ‘confirmation’ email is sent. The confirmation email came in 3 minutes and they will not cancel my order while it’s sitting in their warehouse. The company is scamming people with misleading pricing and a return policy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Poor Customer Experience

I ordered 2 Quilts from this company and upon receipt they didn’t look as per the pictures on their website … no where near as vibrant colours and just looked plain. I wanted to return these for a refund and after several exchanges with this company I was basically told that they (the buyers and warehouse staff) believed that the online picture was correct and I was wrong … so no refund.
BUYER BEWARE … unless you are 100% confident that what you see on the screen is what you will get then DON’T order from Zanui, order from any other online company who will likely be happy to refund or exchange.

Great customer support when received a damaged item

We ordered a clock which arrived with a large crack in the glass clock face :( On first contact with customer support it was apparent that they wanted to help and resolve the issue. Great communication from the team and follow up to ensure we received the new clock. Very happy with their service and our clock.

One of the better customer service out there

One of the better customer service experiences I've had in my years of online purchasing. The service response was prompt, and there were several choices for resolving the issue. Understanding of the issue, human communication, assistance, and a quick settlement of the situation were all excellent - something that many internet organisations and suppliers currently sadly lack.

Missing draw face from small book unit

Ordered a small book unit and once I had put it together I found the front facing of the draw was completely wrong I made contact with their customer service and was asked to provide photos of the incorrect piece and order number It took a couple of weeks to get my part delivered but it was the exact part and the customer service was extremely good
Other than the speed of sending my part to me I have nothing but good things to say

The worst company to deal with

The worst company to deal with! Placed an order that took over a month to arrive and they provided a tracking number that didn't work then claimed it was delivered earlier than it was so I couldnt return the item as it was their policy not to. Customer service was rude and argumentative.

Love Zanui's products and service

Zanui has a wide range of items and prices suitable for your own home or as presents. It’s easy to order online & whilst dispatch & delivery can vary slightly on item location, items always arrive very promptly.

When I received an item that had a fault in its manufacture, Zanui’s customer service response was very quick, providing options for resolution. Understanding of the problem, personal communication, assistance and swift resolution of the situation was terrific - something often sadly lacking from many online companies and providers nowadays.

We had an issue with the wrong table…

We had an issue with the wrong table and then the table top that was delivered was slightly damaged, however Carla helped me out and had been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Great help

Horrible experience, lying scamming company.

Horrible experience! They steal your money and lie to make a profit and say ‘it’s our policy’. They don’t even sell anything just inflate the prices from legit businesses and then charge excess fees for returns and restocking to stay afloat. Customer service is absolutely useless. Never use this company. Charged $60 to return something that arrived 4 weeks late and wasn’t sent for 2 weeks.

Disgraceful

I ordered my sons bed 9 weeks ago from Zanui and the confirmation stated it would be dispatched within 2-3 days. They are now claiming that the order has been dispatched and for the past 2 weeks have been following up with the courier company. I have not received any further information about my order. This is completely unacceptable as they will not provide me with a refund as clearly the bed has not been shipped.
