Absolutely horrific experience and talking with their customer care is a nightmare

I ordered a TV unite from them on the 7th July. It said, that it leaves warehouse in 1-2 days. So I asked customer care the next day to know if it was dispatched or not. They gave me a tracking number and said that it has been dispatched. A day goes by and I still can't track it and its not updated on their website either. I ask again and they give me the same answer. On the third time, they apologize and say that there has been a mistake and they "accidentally" marked it as dispatched but it is still in the warehouse and they need 1-2 days to contact the supplier and get things right. I contacted customer support the next day and they gave me the tracking number again. They had absolutely no clue that it is not dispatched. When I explained them the issue, they replied with "I do not want to misguide you. I will contact the supplier and email you the updates in 1-2 days." By this time, the previous guys who "figured out" the problem sent me the exact same email saying that he need 1-2 days to contact the supplier, even though it has been 2 days already. So, I contacted the customer support for the next 3 days and every time they ad the same answer "I do not want to misguide you. I will contact the supplier and email you the updates in 1-2 days." but they never do get back to you. So, I got furious and asked for my money back, they said that they can't do it because it is already dispatched. Which makes absolutely no sense as this whole issue occurred BECAUSE hey forgot to dispatch it. I did not want their product and requested over and over to cancel the order and they said that they lodged one but they can't guarantee it and they will let me know within 1-2 days. That was 3 days ago. I have had no updates from them so I contacted them to know about my refund. And you know what they said? That my product is in transit and gave me the dud tracking number again. When explained the whole situation, they replied with the usual "we need 1-2 days to get back to you" What in the world is wrong with this company? Do they have no records? I feel like they are just scammers. It has been 14 days and they have absolutely no idea where my product is, all they do is ask for 1-2 days to get back to you but they never do. And they next time you ask for an update the circle starts all over again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Disappointed and issue still not resolved

I have ordered a mattress on the 22 of
June. Three weeks later I am still waiting for it. Their customer service cannot provide any information all they do is apologise but there is nothing they can do. They blame the transport provider. However it turned out they sold the item not realising they have none left in stock. I am asking for my money back so I can buy the item elsewhere they are not willing to do that. So I am writing and calling them every day.
I urgently need the mattress and would buy it elsewhere if i can get a refund. Not very helpful, not trustworthy. Very disappointed.

Great response from customer service…

Great response from customer service when i made my first order and did not receive an advertised cash back. Received a reply within 48 hours and as a show of goodwill was refunded.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service and delivery.

I made a mistake when entering my new address and when I let the team know, they immediately contacted the courier company to have my parcel redirected. The parcel was delivered safely yesterday - full marks for communication, follow up and delivery!

Excellent Customer Service

We had an issue with a broken part amd the customer service was excellent. I spoke with the same customer service person throughout, they kept me updated with the progress quickly and effectively. I’m very happy and would recommend them to others

damaged items and missing parts on order have spent 3 weeks trying to get issue resolved no one will help , cant get them to send the item , no follow up , people you call don't care , no manger will call back or take call , gave up had to force a refund , dont buy from them

When I received the marble liquid soap dispenser I purchased, it had a faulty pump which didn't work. Mike dealt with the issue very promptly and professionally and I was given a full refund without having to return the faulty item. I could not fault the communication and after sales service I received.

Great Customer Service!

I called Zanui as I realised that I didn't apply the discount code at the checkout.
I spoke to Josie who is part of the customer service team. Josie was quick to rectify the problem for me and she followed up with an email confirming what we had discussed.

Misleading advertising

This is was my first, and will be my only order with Zanui, its states that you will get $$ off when you place your first order is not quite correct, the hidden part is when you have to spend over a certain amount is when you get the $$ off as I found out. Also when placing my order I noticed there was a handling fee, so OK, I placed the order, confirmed the order, the money was taken and when I noticed a different total amount debited, when I checked the order, the handling fee had been raised.
It has put me off purchasing from this company. I noticed another email from this company offering $$ off, further down there is a minimum spend in small print.
The quality of the rug is not great, but that is the chance you take with online shopping. Overall a disappointing purchase.

Bought a $1500 executive desk for our…

Bought a $1500 executive desk for our new office. Showed as being in transit for literally 6 weeks. During this time made several phone calls trying to track it down but they could never give any further info. By the 6 week mark I called (for the second time I could hear chickens in the background-no joke), I demanded a refund so I could purchase another desk. They complied with my request, and I purchased another. Then they attempted to deliver the desk to me, I told them to take it back as I had been refunded. Next someone rang me to ask me why they had the desk returned to them. While everyone was nice to speak to on the phone it is clear that they have no idea what is going on.

Do NOT trust this company!!

Whilst I was relatively pleased with my table purchase, the shipping was diabolical! They sent my table with Australia Post who never even attempted to deliver it, even though we waited in all day for it to be delivered.
Australia Post informed me that they will not deliver such a large and heavy item, so why did Zanui use them as a carrier, rather than a reputable carrier?
Zanui obviously know the dimensions / weight of a parcel and that it would require 2 people to handle, so they were completely idiotic to choose them!
I had a 45 minute journey to collect my item from the Aus Post depot (time, petrol, inconvenience). A member of staff at Aus Post kindly helped me to lift / manhandle the table into my small car, it was a ridiculous squeeze.
I have emailed them on numerous occasions, but they continue to try and deflect blame for their incompetence. It's like talking to a robot / moron, who has a very low intelligence level :-(
They keep referring to the shipping details for my table, but that mentions nothing about not being delivered to your home - which is what I paid for!
I have asked for the return of my delivery fee, as it wasn't delivered, but they do NOT listen.
Buyer beware, this rag tag bunch are NOT to be trusted!!!!

Outstanding customer service !

My first purchase from Zanui...they have such an amazing range of beautiful products at great prices.
Sadly the shipping company they use lets them down badly.
Items took forever to get here after being dispatched next day by Zanui. When they did finally arrive they were broken....this happened twice. Another item that was dispatched at the same time has never arrived (5 weeks later).
But full marks to their customer service...in particular Carla, who responded to my emails immediately and resolved all issues in my favour. Thank you Carla :)

Customer service

A damaged coffee table was sent to me and I’m very pleased to say that Mike’s customer service was beyond amazing! He was really supportive and was able to give me a full refund. Thank you so much Mike, although it was scratched we have kept it as it’s still beautiful but very pleased with the customer service at Zanui.

Amazing service!

Ordered the Tao Timber Stool in black and it came within a couple of days - super quick shipping.
Upon opening the stool was damaged. I contacted customer care and a new one was sent out straightaway by Sarah-Louise who was super helpful and responsive!
Would definitely shop with them again just based off the service - fabulous!

I bought two bedside tables and wasn't…

I bought two bedside tables and wasn't satisfied on how they looked whn arrived. I have contacted Zanui, and within 5 days they collected the bedside tables from my place , no charge and refunded my money in a day.

Sarah-Louise from customer service was amazing and helpful, extremity prompt in responding. Great experience.
Will shop there again for sure.
