Size guide!
Without asking a lot of questions is difficult to navigate your sizes. The size guide you provided doesn't match the sizes in the order form. For example, my size based on your size guide for a dress is 2xl. However, when I proceeded to order my gown 2xl was not an option. I had to ask questions about the size translation and i was told to order US16. I think this is a great opportunity for your company to solve this and make the costumer experience better. I aslo have to say that the people i spoke to were very knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly, pls get my order to me asap! I need the gown for Dec 10. Order# zapaca17413. Thanks.

Beyond awful experience
Beyond awful experience. I paid for express snd shipping took avor 2 weeks. They didn't have the item i ordered, so I agreed to something different. Only for them to send a suit that was way too small. Even after sending clearly the wrong item, no responsibility was taken and return was initially agreed to at my own expense (which should not be the case) only to be told later that they will not be responding. This website is clearly a scam
Edit: I continue to get responses claiming to address the issue, but are just copy and paste and not actually helping. I've recieved 1 email about 5 different times, with the exact same writing. This has happened with 3 different email responses.

Great styles, colours and good pricing!
Loved the Green styles, they all have amazing beading and embroidery! Prices are very reasonable, good website navigation and love all the colour options.
I was a bit unhappy with the tailoring times, as I think standard sizes should be readily in stock to give those who want their order quicker an incentive and the company could benefit by improving customer satisfaction through quicker delivery.
Also I feel as though the delivery times in the final check out page are misleading, as it does not include the time taken for the dress to be made. Customers might miss this, so it should be included as they check out to gauge estimated delivery dates.
Other than that, everything is great! Keep doing what youre doing.

Great product beyond my expectation, and I picked up the wrong size. I had thought it’ll be painful process to deal with it, but the company comes up very good choice for me and I got most money refunded and I ordered the right size one. Thinking it’s an oversea shipping, it’ll not logical to do and return shipping here.
I’m very happy with the customer service department, they are fast, efficient and very helpful! Something really beyond my expectations, 👍!

Had my doubts ordering but very very pleased with both purchase and service. Dress came back quickly, fantastic quality and absolutely perfect but unfortunately too small. Spoke with customer service via chat service, no fuss just gave me a refund voucher to apply to next purchase which worked instantly. Bigger dress on its way. Very satisfied customer and would 100% recommend!!

Zapaka's excellent customer service communications
I ordered a evening gown from Zapaka. When it arrived it was very very beautiful. I am short in stature and when I tried the dress on it was just too much dress for me I contacted the company and discussed the problem. TIKI was just a wonderful communicator and she walked me through the return process. I have ordered another dress in a different style and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.
