I had a brilliant experience with Zap Loans. Ben was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the process smooth and stress free. I felt fully supported from start to finish, and everything was handled quickly and transparently. I would definitely recommend Zap Loans, and especially Ben, for anyone looking for excellent customer service and a hassle free experience.

Really, really happy and impressed with Zap.
From start to finish went above and beyond to keep me informed and up to date with my application. Good communication with me and the dealer and made sure everything was spot on. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Big shout out to Ben and the team!

Disaster
Just a complete disaster company they contacted me and said they had an initial agreement. They did not keep me updated and no matter how many times I text back they didn't reply I had to chase them at night only to be told it's been denied, complete joke as I lost access to a car as I was waiting for them to get back to me AVOID AVOID AVOID
