Contro is very easy to use. I completely my application in under 10 minutes and offers many affordable options. I was also able book a quick consultation with one of their on call doctors and they were very friendly, professional and covered everything needed.

Not so great experience.
1. I paid R150 and assumed that it covers my birth control too but that was only the consultation fee.
2. The delivery? I didn’t even receive an SMS that my order was dispatched. The driver ended up leaving with my package because I wasn’t at home. And your courier drivers are rude. Specifically from Courierit

Friendly and prompt service
I normally hate telephonic communication, but this was quick and easy with a friendly doctor. I wish I could do all my medications through them, had an unpleasant experience with a 15 minute doctor at one of the large practices recently. The follow up prescription arrived promptly too.

Great alternative
Service worked great. My doctor was right on time and emailed me with a script after the consultation. Much more cost effective than going to the Dr down the road and I will use this service again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the delay with your initial delivery. After investigating, we found that the pharmacy needed to source your prescribed medication from Gauteng and have it sent to the Western Cape for delivery.
We can confirm that your order was dispatched on the evening of the 2nd and delivered on the 7th. 4 Business Days. Unfortunately, the delay was due to the weekend, when no deliveries could be made. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work to ensure your next delivery goes smoothly.

Had a very negative experience where the doctor wasn't able to assist and the support staff refused to give a a refund even after the doctor confirmed they would reimburse me.
Would not recommend Contro.

Unfortunately, we were unable to provide a refund because the service fee you paid covers the doctor's assessment, consultation, and diagnosis. While we strive to offer the best care possible, we cannot guarantee that treatment will always be deemed necessary or safe, just as is the case with traditional GPs.

My consultation was easy, quick and straightforward. Dr. Melanie was very helpful and kind, and the delivery of my medication was very quick too! Would definitely recommend 😊
