Myself & the wife booked two holidays with Zappi Tours for two years running. The flights, transfers, hotel & all the facilities were absolutely superb. So much so that we have booked again with them this year.

We had a fantastic time on this holiday and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The tour operators were brilliant and couldn’t have done anymore to make sure everyone was happy and having the best time. Looking forward to more trips in the future.

I can’t praise the Zappi Tours team high enough and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of booking a trip. Their communication is excellent and you couldn’t meet a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. I loved every minute of my trip to Nashville and the icing on the cake was being around the lovely team of Zappi Tours. Fabulous company!

Great company - Well organised - Freedom when required. But "Reps" available if needed - Treated like adults - (except at Graceland) - Learned stuff in this big campaign called life.. Can I get a Hell Yeah.

Great planning took all the stress out of it, great hotel, number of great trips included but plenty of time to do your own things as well.

I have just come back from a trip to Nashville with Zappi Tours. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. Firstly, the booking process was very straight forward and I was able to pay the balance in installments which helped me out massively. We were then met at the airport by the very friendly and helpful Zappi reps who guided us through the checking in process. Upon landing, we were shown where to get on the bus which took us to our hotel, and the reps handed out everybody's key cards to us meaning that we didn't have to queue at reception to check in - that was greatly appreciated after a long flight! The hotel was fabulous, as was Nashville itself, and Billy (who was very knowledgeable on the area) and the gang were always on hand if we had any questions or needed any help - fabulous! If you are thinking of booking with this company then please do not hesitate - you are in very safe hands from start to finish and I am confident you will have a great time wherever you go with them!

I had a fantastic experience booking with Zappi Tours. From start to finish, the service was excellent and the whole process felt smooth, professional, and very well organised.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always happy to answer questions and make sure everything was clear before travelling. It’s rare to find a travel company where you genuinely feel looked after, but Zappi really delivered on that.

The trip itself was amazing and everything ran exactly as planned, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear the team put a lot of effort into making sure their customers have a great holiday.

Just returned from the Nashville 2026 tour, and want to say a HUGE thank you to Billy and the team for arranging and hosting this fabulous holiday. They are the ultimate professionals, friendly and efficient, but what makes it so special is their personal touch. You can tell they absolutely love what they do.
If you want to see Nashville, Zappi Tours is definitely the way to do it.
