Thieves

I returned an order and the most expensive item (which is the viral jacket and often sold out and being sold for more on reseller sites) is the only item I don’t get a refund for. It was in a box with two other items which strangely were refunded on separate days. Every time I go on their WhatsApp they ask a question the close the conversation straight away for inactivity I must have spoken to 10 agents to end up with an email saying there’s nothing they will do after I asked for an escalation. I have no idea what else I can do other than never shop in Zara again. It looks from other reviews staff are stealing items and Zara seems to be enabling this behaviour by not following up on complaints and charging their customers. Disgusting company don’t know how they get away with it

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. You return items and send them the proof that they have indeed received them back at their warehouse and you then have to spend days talking to various chat bots and then customer service people to get them to give you your money back. Save yourself the effort and don't buy from Zara.

I previously worked at Zara

I previously worked at Zara, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The management often used offensive language towards employees, and there was no proper system in place to stop such behavior. The workload was extremely high, and staff were expected to handle multiple roles at once without proper support. Some managers would even shout, follow employees inappropriately, and create a very stressful environment.

Despite these challenges, I always made sure to provide excellent customer service, and many customers appreciated my support and recognized me for going the extra mile. However, the overall working conditions were unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this as a healthy workplace.

Customer services is absolutely…

Customer services is absolutely awful!!! I returned 5 dresses but only got refunded for 3, I have tried to contact customer service via FB but no response, I have spoken to an agent twice via their chat, the first agent told me I would receive the full refund, the second that they would escalate my issue and I would get a call back within 48 hours, none received. I have contacted Zara via WhatsApp over 20 times! The dresses were returned in the original packaging a day after recieving them. I have been given no reason for not recieving a full refund. I am out of pocket approx £70 and now 2 months on, I still have not had all my money back! Shocking service from such a big company!
