The Zara shops are horrible
The Zara shops are horrible! Not enough staff at the registers/tills even in peak hours resulting in the longest lines. And then they only have one till in the shops for returns. I have sometimes been in line for over 30 minutes to return something.
The staff isn’t very friendly and the changing rooms are dirty.

Horrific Customer Service
I normally like Zara, and I've never had any issue previously returning/exchanging clothing. But I bought some curtain rods recently from Zara Home, and it was THE worst experience I have ever had with any company, ever. I ordered the wrong size (yes, my fault) but I should still be allowed to exchange them for the right size. I thought it would be an easy process like returning clothes, but I was very wrong. There was no option to return these curtain rods. I reach out to Zara Chat, they tell me first they will send it to their "internal department". After some days with no response, I reach out again, same answer. Again, no response after some days. I reach out a third time, they tell me if I want to speak English, I need to cancel out of the chat and switch to the english version. NEVER have I been told this from Zara, and I've had many chats before. I was shocked, but I did it, I switched the website to the English version, even though I speak and understand Danish perfectly fine. I message again on chat, from the English version, AND THEY TELL ME THE SAME THING AGAIN - THEY CANNOT HELP ME IN ENGLISH! Now I'm fed up. I search and search for a phone number or email, but to my surprise, it is impossible to get ahold of Zara customer service in Denmark and there is NO phone number or email. My two options were the chat (where they wouldn't allow me to speak English) and Facebook Messenger. So I took this to messenger. They tell me the same crap. They will send it to their internal department. Now I don't want to hear this again, and I tell them I want my money back now. They said they will send Postnord to come and pick up the boxes for me. Fine. I get a message from Postnord saying the pick up has been scheduled for 3 days out. They never showed up. Back to FB messenger, I tell Zara. Same cycle, they will send it to their internal department, I lose my patience, they do the same thing - schedule Postnord for a second time. 3 days out. Never showed up. Third time I go back to FB messenger to express how frustrated I am and how unprofessional this is. I have asked them about 5 times now "Where can I make a complaint. I need an email or phone number." They straight up IGNORE my messages whenever I ask to make a complaint. It's impossible to make a complaint about Zara in Denmark. So again, I demand my money back now, its been going on for a month at this point, and they do the same thing for a THIRD time.. internal department.. Postnord..they don't show. I'm about to go to a Ombudsmand but then I remember I'm taking a trip to Copenhagen and there is a physical Zara store there, so I bring the curtain rods with me. It was impossible to find a worker in the store, there were only 3 people behind the registers and the line was almost out of the door it was so long. I finally track down an employee on the floor and ask if I can return a Zara Home item in a regular Zara store before I go and stand in such a long line. He says he doesn't know. I say "Ok, well can you go find out for me, before I stand in that line". So he goes. He comes back and tells me yes I can. So I get in the line with these huge curtain rods. 30 minutes later I get to the front of the line and 2 out of the 3 cashiers say NO I cannot return Zara Home items there. If it wasn't for the 3rd cashier who jumped in and said yes we can, and took over the process, I would have lost my cool. I finally returned these curtain rods. But it doesn't satisfy me. Okay, I will finally get my money back, but it doesn't fulfill the need to want to scream at them for their awful and unprofessional ways of handling this situation.

I would have given them ZERO but there is not a possibility. They are cheating customers that order online the order never came and the money is not returned!!!!! I have asked for a chat from customer service and they wrote its gonna take days 🤬 They are liars and deceivers and providing a very bad service! You cant cancell the order and you cant get money back and they do not inform you that it will take weeks until you get ur order they say 5 working days which is a lie as 10 days passed and still no order. I am gonna have to contact a lawyer to get my money !!!! Imagine !

Returned an order for almost 700kr but never got paid back. When I contacted them about it, they told me they would get back to me but never did. I’m very disappointed since I used to shop there often but now I’m afraid too
Horrible costumer service
The costumer service in the physical stores are a joke, are they in need of staff, or simply dont care at all. Aviod the physical stores if you dont want to spend your day in long slow waiting lines. The staff seems ignorant of the fact that people are waiting 30 min in line. Keep away from the stores.

Just an unpleasant experience all throughout.
I ordered quite a lot of things online and sent many of them back. Today I discovered that they have made a mistake and not refunded me for 1 item. When reaching out to customer service, I came to discover that it’s impossible to find help in English (it’s the first time I experience that). Furthermore, I was told to wait a bit and then my chat was just ended - twice.
Now I’m just wondering - where can I get help with my problem?!

Awful, always crowded…Lines to the fitting rooms, no self service spots. To bye one tiny thing need to stay huge line. You need to do something with it, people are already bye instead of trying and then another lines of people returning goods…

The clothes was full of holes. Customer support would not contact the shop and was very unhelpful. End of story, there was no help of any kind what so ever. I will not recommend Zara to anybody

Really Long queues, really understaffed, poor employees running like crazy for minimum wage. No wonder Their customer service is so bad… Company so Rich for exploiding others , cant imagine the conditions the People who make the clothes have in poorer countries.
