I ordered 2 jeans with same size and same fitting. One is 1.5 inch short. I am telling them that there is a problem. But customer care kept saying that they both are size 36 in our system and they both are different article. To which i said that i have one jeans with the same size and one matches the size the other doesnt. I sent them a photo. To that photo they said that i didnot align the jeans properly. I am going to consumer court.

I’ve been a loyal Zara customer for over a decade. Recently, I bought two pants and returned one, but I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve shared my bank statement, called customer care, and emailed multiple times, yet there’s been no resolution. This is disappointing from a brand I’ve trusted for years. I hope the Zara team looks into this and helps me get my refund at the earliest.

Zara india is not refunding my money for the last 2 months . they have taken the products back , debited Rs 100m for reach returns and now they are holding on to my money , Rs 10 k approx and telling me that it will take another 14 days for a refund . I don't understand do they think that we don't know banking norms ? which bank takes 14 days to refund . This is unacceptable and they have no valid email id also ? how is that even possible ?
Once we are done talking to online customer support there's no email sent or communication to update the client what they are supposed to do . what kind of customer service is this . I want consumer forum to take this up seriously and get my money back .

My attempt to cancel an online perfume order with Zara India was unsuccessful, and despite being assured by customer care that I could return it in-store, the reality proved otherwise. The uncooperative stance in accepting a unopened box for return left me with a very poor customer care experience. Disappointed with the inconsistency and lack of resolution.

Have been shopping at Zara world over and the fashion and clothes are unmatchable to many brands
The sadness comes in when you have such an reputed international brand come to India and the Indian professionalism cannot mange it

The store manager to the service staff especially men are unhelpful rude and no etiquettes to speak with a lady customers particularly

Guess they all need extensive training on customer handling of such classy brand
*Zara please don’t employee for the heck of it, these low profession bug headed male Indian will spoil the brand image in one minute
