I ordered clothes and then after a couple of days from the date it has to be shipped i started receiving messages, one after one, that my items are unavailable.
The customer service replies fast and now my order is cancelled.

Dropped by Zara in downtown Malmö to men's department, customer service is very 'meh'. Can't wait till these people are replaced by helpful and polite robots in the future, it's already happening in fast food chains and each time it's great experience. Why would you pay those people, they are clearly unhappy at their job and should do something else?

• I have been shopping today( 16-06-2019) . I went to Zara butik I Emporia shopping center Malmø
for at buy a present for my friend. at the kasse which I want to pay, I mentioned the clerk that this things are present, but she has forgotten for the first gives the separate pocket for present and for the second did not hid the price whit the label .When I asked her about that she has don very bad behaviour to me. I told her that I am Zaras customer I always buy from Zara therefore you should concern that. But she throws the goods to me and said, she would not do anything.
I think Zaras manager should care about that, because the customer has always right

Normally i shop i Zara Denmark. Was i Zara Stockholm and found a blazer with a normal Price of 499 put Down to 299.
But even with two stickers on and a Big sign saying 299 she Said it costed 499.
Never again i shop i Zara.
