It's early days still but so far Zare's been excellent.

The first time I contacted them they replied within a minute to a sales ticket answering all of my questions. Order process was simple and deployment took a few hours to complete. The server that was deployed even has a slightly better CPU than the original server I enquired about, for the same price, which is nice.

The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in getting the BGP sessions configured, but in fairness it was the weekend so I didn't imagine it would be setup until today at the earliest. In the early hours of the morning I had a reply apologising for the delay and the sessions were configured. I've now configured it on the server and it's working fine.

Server didnt get deliverd, i asked the Support why and i just got the Anwser: *We dont have to tell u why we dont provide you a Server*. I couldnt recommend that Provider....

I am a client of a web hosting company who offer me a reseller package (that I run my own webhosting company through) and who in turn are a client of Zare.

Whilst typically, any issues should be addressed through my webhosting company, I also have a duty to ensure that my client's data is being appropriately secured.

Having visited Zare's website and also having googled various terms, I can find no information about Zare's efforts to secure client data, including on their privacy policy. This duty is not my hosting company's but my own and since our data is being stored with you, you are the best people to ask this question too.

I have given you 5 stars as my indirect experience through my own webhost has been very good but I feel that you are missing a really important point in making clear how you protect client data from unauthorised access from the outside and also what steps that you take to ensure that employees do not have unauthorised access to sensitive data from the inside.

Although your tawk.to chat was logged in overnight, nobody was available to answer.

Zare has excellent support and a very great interface.
The interface, unlike many other providers is custom built and everything is within a few clicks reach. They often have some great machines on sale for a very good price and their anti-ddos protection is excellent and even customizable in the sense of how sensitive it is and if you want traffic to always be filtered. They also filter many attacks that I don't expect them to filter.
I can without a doubt recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a high quality UK host for a competitive price.

I'd like to start with saying that i've used at least 10 different providers over the last 12 or so years. I came across Zare a few years ago while looking for a new provider. Their network is super fast and has excellent peering in London, Amsterdam and Zurich and on top of this their prices are some of the lowest i've seen. Support usually answer any queries within a few minutes though occasionally i have had to wait longer. This is all backed up with 160Gbps DDoS protection and permanent IPMI. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've been a customer with Zare. Their servers are very powerful and reliable, aswell as being extremely customisable.
Their support team is what stands out the most to me though, they have helped me non stop throughout the last few weeks and they've always been willing to help me with my problems in an extremely timely manner. I'm very happy to have a server with this host, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a dedicated server.

First off I want to say that the servers, network and price points are all fantastic. I purchased a server because of their direct peering with Virgin Media which resulted in low latency. Server was set-up within an hour and I was able to install an OS instantly. My only problem was that one week in to my one month contract I wanted to install my own operating system and was told I could do this using the iKVM. I requested the iKVM information through my account portal and was given credentials and an IP instantly. Sadly the IP never resolved and I was unable to use this. I raised a ticket and multiple responses were based around 'it does work, it must be an issue your end'. I checked from multiple networks and I could never connect to the iKVM IP. Sadly despite being happy with the server and network, I had to cancel my contract and let the server sit stale for the remaining three weeks because of this.

Very wonderful servers, very great support, all their services are wonderful and beautiful and deserve support and purchase, they help you in any problem and do not stop support, they have a terrible speed in answering tickets and customers, thank their continued support

Believe it or not, I've never left a review after 5 days of service. Usually, I tend to give it after at least one month, but the service, stability, support of Zare is something else. 5 days was enough for me to mark it the best provider I've ever used, and here's why!

PERFORMANCE:
I've purchased Intel Core i9 9900K dedicated, and the performance is just as expected. Fast SSDs, generally stable, no issues at all in this department.

WEB PANEL:
This is one aspect where Zare really shines. As an advanced user, I always wanted as much control over my server as possible. Zare panel goes above and beyond at that stuff. You can do any power action, such as power off, power on, and power cycle. Those options you will not see on every hosting - normally, they only provide you with a simple restart button. Some of those don't have a dedicated server panel at all! However, don't expect me to end there. It has full-featured reinstall system, which is better than any other I've experienced so far. You can choose an incredible variety of operating systems, including Proxmox, edit partition, and post-install stuff. It's just incredible. Of course, you can also edit rDNS and view Graphs, which of there are many. And last, but not least is DDoS protection configuration. You can configure sensitivity! Isn't that just great? In addition to that, you have an option to toggle permanent or dynamic protection. Amazing! And believe it or not, those are just some of the features of the most important features of the web panel!

SUPPORT:
I do not have words to express how good and fast support is. I've already had two tickets with them, and they replied in less than 15 minutes. I've never seen support reacting that quickly. In addition to that, they also have live chat active sometimes, so you do not have to wait even a minute to get in contact with them in emergencies.

DDOS PROTECTION:
As someone who is relatively often under attack, I am able to test the strength of the protection in a real-world environment. What can I say except it's incredible? Can it possibly be better? Well, it can, but for personal use to small and medium businesses, it is sufficient and will guarantee none malicious packets goes through. The only great addition to it would be layer 7 protection, which is sadly not included, and possibly enlarging the max filter strength to something like 500GB/S, as some large businesses may feel uncomfortable with just 100GB/S.

STABILITY:
The servers are stable. I have not noticed any issues so far, which is kind of expected as I only had it for 5 days. However, rest assured that I will update this review if I experience any major downtime. If you do not see any updates, that means the service is still stable and fluid with no issues ;)

That's about it for my initial experience. I do truly hope it will stay the same in the future period too. I'll make sure to update this post if I missed anything. Until then, be sure this is a great option, and if you're planning on purchasing a relatively cheap dedicated server, you should DEFINITELY consider them as one of your best options.
