I purchased two dresses from Zaruy. The delivery was timely and the quality of the dresses were great for the price. The dresses were true to size, and the colors were bright and vibrant exactly as they looked on the site. They encourage customers to leave reviews on Facebook, but I don't use Facebook. Having another platform to leave reviews with pics would be nice.

The dresses a true to size. Very beautiful print. The order took longer than usual to arrive but I am happy to finally have received them! Excited to wear them

I love my new dress. It fits perfectly and is very complimenting even with my heavier build. I got the dress very quickly which was great since it came before vacation.

Wished there was a toll free # for customer service!

I ordered 2 items and they did not fit. The website says they accept returns of unworn items so I immediately reached out and asked for return instructions. They told me they could credit me $16 and to keep the items. I said I’d prefer the full refund ($82) and to return the items since I cannot wear them. I followed up politely and they have stopped answering my emails at this point. Very shady.

I ordered 3 dresses for an event well before the event was to take place.
The order took about 2 5 weeks to be delivered which landed after the event. Two were long dresses and one appeared on photo as a Sequined short dress. The two long ones (although very thin material) look like they did in photo ad. The sequin shorter dress does not have actual sequins on it. It'll be fine for a bathing suit cover up I suppose.

I recieved my dresses from Zaruy & am disappointed. The items I recieved are very different than what I ordered ( one dress is described as a "waist tie" and is actually an empire waist - neither dress is lined/ and material is very low quality.

I reached out the Zaruy to ask to return and have not heard back from them.

The shop does not post negative reviews.. based on this practice and my own reviews being hidden, I can’t continue to shop or support this business.

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding. I received the dress in time, and it was just as described. Fit perfectly; ordered a small based off of the sizing guide. Loved it!

Do not order if you expect to be able to return anything. Their customer service tells you they’re there to help but they don’t really do anything to help. One dress was described as T-shirt material when in fact it came as a see through nylon much like parachute material. Also I would have given this shopping experience a no star or even a one star but the. They don’t let you leave a comment. You just can’t have an online shopping experience without the ability to return the product.

Both dresses fit perfectly. Very impressed!!

At first I thought it was a scam, but I got the items I ordered finally and absolutely love them. I will be ordering from them again!

The shopping was great but I didn’t anticipate the shopping would be slow. I ordered the dresses for a trip and they did not come before the trip. I ordered them about two weeks before the trip.

I love the fit of the dress. The material is FAR thinner than I expected for the price of the dress, you can see through the material.

Everything is beautiful, soft, fits perfectly..I’m super impressed!! I’ll be back!

Just took more time than I thought. Other than that I am happy.

Quality of dresses I purchased are great. Love them both. Tracking shipping was a not very accurate.
