Ordered the strapless bra a month ago and it didn't arrived! Tried sending them an email but it just bounced back!

I agree with everyone on here. I placed my order may 24 and my order supposedly sat in the states in a warehouse for a month until I inquired about my shipment. I have sent them I bet 60 emails. I have demanded my money back, but as you can see it’s over 60 days later and they won’t issue a refund. Now they won’t even reship after they put in the incorrect address. I know after reading some of the other comments on here they do that on purpose. Not that it will make a difference I have reported them to the federal trade commission. I plan to report them to whomever I can to help get the word out. I do inform them in every email I send they stole my money. And in case you are wondering why I never call them, I cannot. There is no way to reach them by phone. Also you can’t write a bad review on their website because they screen it and won’t allow it. I know because I’ve tried numerous times and they have never uploaded. I hate these thieves!

This company is run by very dishonest traders as they knowingly send out inferior and faulty goods and then make pathetic excuses when refusing a refund.

If I could rate an lower I would. I bought the "rabbit bra" from this company. It didnt stick to the area it should have. I asked for a refund and they wanted proof. I was reluctant to send the video because of the very private nature of it all. Sent it and they had the audacity to ask for more proof! Using a different body part (like the arm or leg) seriously!?

I ordered the strapless push up bra. It took over 4 months to deliver, and when it finally came, it was the wrong size! They conveniently neglected to include the packing slip and won't accept a return without it.

An absolute SCAM. Ordered a bra more than 2 months ago. Never arrived. Loong mailconversation back and forth. They do not even seem to read my mails. Just keep saying they will send the bra again even though I have told them it is too late. No refund yet and probably will not get it. When reading reviews here I realize that they are doing this frequently. Taking money, never sending goods. Horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered from Zaryalabs aka Storm Media Limited and they are a scam! Please do not waste your money. I thought I was ordering from a legitimate site as they were on Facebook. I ordered a set of magnetic eyelashes and only received the eye liner, no lashes what so ever!
When contacting their support via email, they refused to offer a refund and or replacement.
Please spread the word.

They are not worth any stars. I ordered 2 bras in May 2019 and I still havent received them and today is July 25th, 2019. I been emailing them for months and asking for my money back. They kept prolonging and say they would look into it and get back to me. They never would, I was always the one to inquire. Today I emailed again and they said it showed delivered and since it says delivered they can not refund my money. I been asking since June for my money back. They are THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY FROM Them!

SCAM! I ordered black bra. After it didn't come open,ed PayPal dispute. Suddenly I received a tracking number and a,package was delivered. It was a child's silver sequined hat. Since an item was delivered PayPal closed thw case. When I contacted the selled and PayPal over wrong item they were no help.

If I could rate zero I would! They are horrible no one ever responds. And when they do it's b.s, they can't refund and they have horrible products! Do not buy!!

DO NOT ORDER from them. 2 months on nothing delivered.

Next stop trading standards. After reading other reviews I'm unlikely to receive a refund I had asked 3 time now and panned off with we are looking into it.

If I could give no stars that is the review I would post. 2 months after purchase I am still waiting. No one responds. Paypal is also on my bad list right now because they deal with these thieves. I have a complaint with them and trying to get a refund, but reading these reviews, I hold out no hope. I have reached out through the support line and get a kicked back email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Ordered via PayPal and goods not received.

No communication from the supplier to me

PayPal declined my claim as the supplier can supply a delivery reference number, but can’t prove or confirm where or who it was delivered to, just it was left in my letter box.

I’m unable to prove that it wasn’t delivered... yep they are that idiotic, I asked on numerous occasion how I would be able to prove this.

I also asked several time for proof of who and where it was delivered to but they didn’t need to prove this!!

Avoid this company they take your money and aren’t interest in the slightest and PayPal are that blinkered that they sound ridiculous to the extreme!

I ordered a product from them and paid. It has been 3 months and I still have not received anything. A month ago, after I wrote them an email, they said, the product has already been shipped. It was a lie. It is just a fraud. I do not think, I will receive something. Do not buy anything from them. Just loosing money.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Bought on April 25 and have not received my order. Contacted them on June 8 and they acknowledged the package was missing and was going to contact me again regarding my purchase. It is July 8 and have heard nothing from them. Do not buy from this company.
Update: after 3 months, contacting my credit card company and putting this review, my items got sent.

Bought a bag, which arrived in the Wrong colour after 5 weeks of waiting. Contacted company with attached picture proving that they'd sent me the wrong item. They then asked for pictures of the delivery label so they could 'look into error' and that's the last correspondence I've had off them, as they have now ignored the further 5 emails I have sent. Tried escalating issue with PayPal and have been told that I need to send item back at my own cost to Hong Kong!!!! Would cost more than the bag..... Nothing but a BUNCH OF SCAMMERS... Steer clear and save yourself some money

Saw an ad on FB and placed an order on 5/21 and still have not received the product. Emailed on 5/31 and they replied item had been shipped and to track order. Tracking number does not exist! Fake #1. Emailed them again and received reply on 6/28 that the item was never shipped and if I wanted it "reshipped" I could at "no extra cost" to me! HA!! Then offered a 20% off code to place another order. NO WAY JOSE!! I will not be ordering thru this site again. I will be filing a claim with credit card company to dispute the charge and hopefully get reimbursed.

Trust me, just stay away. It's been 2 months and still waiting for my order. This place is a joke. Don't make the same mistake I did.
