Poor quality / number is a scam
I hope this review is posted - I was shocked when I received the rug - it was in a package that was rolled up to be about a foot long (was a 4x6) rug - I wouldn’t even call it a rug, it more resembles heavy duty foam!! - I pd for express shipping 8-10 days and got the rug 14 days later - nothing really to complain about there - however I specified where the rug should be delivered in case it was raining (said it should be left in an open building) - it was thrown out by the mailbox in the pouring rain - lastly, there are 2 numbers listed on their website for support - one isn’t answered by anyone, it just says “we are unable to take your call,” after one ring - and the other number - indicated to be an international number; goes to a towing company in California - I’ve contacted the company and am trying to return the item for a full refund - will update my review - id never buy from this company again
