Is not transparent about no longer…
Is not transparent about no longer having service on weekends. The website say 365 days a year, but after you order they tell you they only process prescriptions on weekends. Really problematic if the reason you used them in the first place is needing medication by the end of the weekend.
They used to have 365 day a year service, so I didn't check the fine print and now have a problem. When changing a policy like that is should be prominently noted when requested time sensitive medication.
Other than that I've generally had good experiences with them and can recommend them.
Edit: They took care of my request within 24 hours over the weekend. I'm very pleased.

Efficient, quick and effective!
The consultation process was efficient, and I received a response very quickly after to pick up my prescription at a pharmacy of my choosing. It was the most convenient appointment that I've had in a long time, considering it was very difficult for me to find a clinic that had immediate availability near me.

Overall good but can be slow at responding. Also didnt get my delivery of the prescription right the first time as it was not delivered to the local pharmacy where it should have been. After numerous messages and a 2nd attempt about 6 weeks later, it finally worked
