perfect conditions

Great site, must improve checkout step
This is a great site, with very interesting offers and products. However they should upgrade their basket. I tried to buy a Harry Potter power bank and it seemed all was ok, but when i was about to pay, they couldn't send it to my city.

I will probably never use Zavvi again. I have had to pay extra because of the customs. This information is apparently somewhere in their web. Nevertheless, this company should have had the courtesy to let you know when you buy anything.
Probablemente nunca vuelva a usar Zavvi para compras online. He tenido que pagar una cantidad extra de dinero porque mi pedido fue retenido en la aduana. Seguramente lo tendrán puesto por escrito en algún sitio de su web. Pero deberían tener la cortesía suficiente de informar al cliente cuando va a comprar.
