I bought some shoes for my daughter on the 1st September on a 48hr Royal Mail delivery. The website states in very small print that items take between one and five days to be dispatched (they should state this at the checkout) anyway I waited 12 days and my order still hadn’t been dispatched, I emailed twice for an update, There was no apology or helpful information from the email back I received. Then I received an email stating the order had been cancelled with no explanation what so ever. I wouldn’t waste your time and money on this website. Terrible customer service!

I bought shoes in a sale. I returned them after trying them on once.
They refused to refund me because apparently the *box* was damaged so they can't resell them.
Yes they can, the box was quite damaged when it arrived!
This has never ever happened to me and it would also never occur to me to keep shoes for free if the box is damaged, the box is just a box!!
Don't order from these scammers.
I will be disputing this transaction.

I've bought 3 pairs of shoes from Zaxy so far (all shipped separately over a years period of time) and each have been lovely! I'm so happy I stumbled onto their shop. They smell lovely, look beautiful and are comfy fits.

The first pair are the comfiest, best fitting pumps I've ever bought -- fit me like a glove -- like no ever shoe ever has. Beautiful, cute, so comfortable, and just an amazing purchase.

The second, while the same size and same kind of fit, are unfortunately not quite as grippy on my feet as the first and do slip off a bit when I walk (tried a few different insoles etc and it didn't help), though I bought from the kids section this time rather than the adults (as I'm a size 3), so they may have slightly different fittings for kids and adults -- they are still beautiful though and I still enjoy wearing them, but it's a slight shame as I'd wear them a lot more if they didn't slip, especially as I like to wear pumps with socks or tights and this makes them even slippier -- this is mainly the point I'm deducting as I lost a little confidence in the pumps sizing and fitting, despite the first fitting insaaaaanely well. I did also notice with this pair, which were a blush shade rather than the black of the other two, that they seem to pick up and retain skid and dirt marks very easily and there are a number of marks they've gotten just from sitting in my shoe cupboard for ages which I have no idea where they came from and seem impossible to remove. From afar you can't really tell, but again, slight pain as they're such beautiful shoes.

The third pair are a lovely, comfy pair of heels at an appropriate and comfy height for walking around in, while still looking elegant, lovely and cute -- which I really appreciate as tall heels as a size 3 can be really steep and painful.

Overall I've been so happy with my purchases, these shoes look so unique, cute and are made for comfort as well as beauty, aren't crazy prices, and all came within a few days (to the UK). Flexible material resulting in no blistering is lovely. They're also just adorable.

I wouldn't recommend paying the extra for 48 hr tracked, I'm still waiting after 3 working days

Love the shoes and the ethics.
However customer service and complaints procedure is absolutely appalling.
Having made a complaint some weeks ago following a mistake made by Zaxy I am yet to hear back from anyone.
This follows weeks of quick correspondence with a customer service agent, who was unable to resolve my issue. She failed to log a complaint for me when I first requested it and has since begun to ignore my emails requesting information on the progress of my complaint. It has been three weeks since I have heard from anyone. I have even tried to contact Zaxy using the form on the website and they are refusing to reply.

Shocking service ordered 3 pairs of shoes After 3 weeks I email to chase it up they have no idea when I will get posted out another 3 weeks of waiting I email again to see if they have been sent to get an email back saying oh we have just cancelled and refunded you the money instead after 6 bloody weeks shocking would recommend not to buy straight of zazy website clearly don’t care about there customers just do what they want to by the look of it
