deceptive trade practices. if you in the US and purchase this watch strap, BE AWARE, there will be addition fees at delivery. They are not clear about these fees and once you learn about them it too late. They will make no effort to correct this issue or help resolve it.

The buying experience left a bad taste in my mouth due to a lack of transparency.

When you check out, Zealande shows a final price, but they do NOT disclose that they ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) to the US. This means the price you pay on their site is not the actual final price. I was hit with a surprise email from UPS demanding an extra $23–$35 in import taxes and brokerage fees before they would release my package.

To be clear: My issue isn't with paying taxes; it’s with Zealande hiding these costs in the fine print of their 'Terms & Conditions' rather than disclosing them at checkout like most modern, reputable international brands do. Even just a statement without calculating the price helps.

It feels deceptive to have your package held hostage for fees that were never mentioned during the purchase. If you buy here, add $35 to the price you see on screen."

Now I have to pay all the shippings just to reject/return the delivery. Zealande bascially put their hands off and say "it's a YOU problem". I guess I have to pay the taxes but would never consider Zealande again.

I purchased a strap and deployant clasp for my Omega Seamaster 300 in December 2024 (about 14 months ago). Recently, the deployant clasp began coming undone on its own. When I contacted Zealande, they informed me that the clasp is no longer covered under warranty, attributing the issue to “wear and tear.”

Given the price of their products, this response is very disappointing.

There are more reliable and better‑supported alternatives available at lower cost. I’d strongly recommend doing your research before purchasing.

Seriously impressed with this brand. Was looking for a rubber strap to change up my tudor black bay. The strap arrived quickly, was extremely high quality and comfortable.
The packaging is exceptional for the price, including personalised warranty card, big microfibre towel and a hand written thank you note from them. This is the kind of customer experience that means the next time i need a strap i won't google other options and go straight here. the little things matter, well done!

Surprise Tariff charges. UPS showed up at my door asking for $34 more before I would be able to get a product I thought I paid for. When I contacted Zealande, they said they are not responsible for their customers' import policies. Like it was my fault they are in France and I am in the USA.

I am sympathetic to what tariffs are doing to companies like them, but they need to step up and be honest about it before I pay them and get charged more in surprise.

Nowhere did they indicate in the sale process that I would need to pay more money than I already paid for the strap and shipping. Dishonest sales practices.

Their reply was:
"If we cancel your order, it will be returned to France and we will automatically be billed for :
- the outbound freight we offered you $30
- U.S. import taxes, as the parcel cannot be returned without arriving on U.S. soil, i.e. $35
- return shipping to France at $30
- and French import taxes that are at least equivalent to the glass, so at least another $35.
That's a total of at least $130 to be confirmed with the real figures.
And we will refund you approximately $31,20 because you have paid $151,20.
We will be obliged to deduct this from your refund, as we are not responsible for our customers' import policies, as stated in our general terms and conditions of sale."

Superb quality products, packaging, and bundled items. Shipping within EU to my doorstep took only 24hours. Zealande products and services are among the best in the market for this segment.

I recently received the straps after waiting several weeks for delivery. I am extremely pleased with the rubber strap—it complements my watch perfectly. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the packaging, along with the included gifts, was impressive and thoughtfully presented. Overall, the product is well worth the price. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer direct shipping to Lebanon, as I unfortunately had a poor experience with UPS in the USA.

Everything from Zealande feels like the luxury 5-Star experience many of us luxury watch owners would expect. The quality of the FKM rubber strap is unsurpassed and top-tier perfect! The fitment is spot on with the 'right sized' fatter spring bar. But what really surprised me was over and above attention to detail, like the the hand-written personalized 'thank you' letter from someone at the Zealande team, the packaging and extra swag, like the ultra high quality giant branded microfiber towel, warranty card and other items they included. The straps I ordered came with so much more! - Except spring bars, that was surprising, but hey, I have a ton of those anyway. - I would just recommended using the "fatter" style spring bars because the thin ones left a light gap between the strap and case on my SMP300.

The strap quality is outstanding: comfortable, durable, and perfectly fitted to my watch.I will definitely come back.

I was making a purchase for a new watch strap. During the entire process, they've made no mention regarding having to pay for an additional import fee.

Instead, I received a surprise tariff charge several days via the shipping company.

Really positive experience. I got 2 straps for my Seamaster, and received fantastic service from Alexandre and the straps are superb quality. Very happy.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. When i wasn’t sure which size to order Alexandre got straight back to me with pictures and videos of how each size would fit my wrist. Once my size was back in stock it arrived incredibly quickly even though it was international shipping. Strap fits my Seamaster GMT like a glove and is the softest and most supple rubber strap I’ve ever come across (better than OEM).

I’ll be buying these for all my watches - 10/10.

Great strap and quality. Fits my wrist perfectly which is the reason I had to return the OEM Omega one. I only wish the strap holes were wider to accommodate a larger buckle pin so that I could use the genuine Omega buckle on this strap.

Disappointed. I bought universal rubber strap and feel is like this one is made of very thin silicon. Very expensive and not worth it. Strap holders are too big. Overall not worth the money. You can find less expensive straps on market with a better quality.
