I recently needed to return a pair of shoes for my father. Not having the order number, I assumed this would be difficult and we would be taking a loss on the product. Catherine from customer service... See more

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Shoes caused me foot discomfort. returned them and Zeba sent them back saying i used them. How else do you know, if you don't try them? So, my first and last purchase from ZEBA. Not the quality or the customer service I expect from companies i spend over $100 with. Not for me.
Do not work as intended
Bought these as a gift for my mother and unfortunately they didn’t work as intended. Not only are these shoes very expensive, but they ship from China, they don’t work and then you are required to pay the return shipping, which was $29. Wouldn’t recommend as this company seems legitimate at first, but really feels like a bit of a scam now.

Imagine my surprise after purchasing a pair of shoes (my first purchase) to try and make sure size is right that they do not cover return shipping. Hard to believe for a shoe company. very misleading when they talk about their 100,000 satisfied customers. They post only 5 star reviews other own website and do not publish anything negative. Would never buy from them again
They actually come off and go on as described.!
I read an ad on the Internet about these shoes. I have found that as I get older it is harder and harder to put on and take off shoes, including loafers and especially 'trainers'. The Zeba shoe seemed an elegant solution. They lace but slip off and can be stepped into like a loafer or clog but the heal popped up and remained snug. Seemed unlikely and I was dubious. They are not cheap but, and here is the unlikely part, they work exactly as described. I use my white pair for going out and especially to medical offices (you really do get judged by your shoes) and my blue pair for what little travel I do and around the condo for exercise walking.
