Wrong items sent as well a broken pieces, this is my first time ordering from zed labs and definitely the last, horrible experience for such an apparently well known company for modifications.

I was surprised to see some negative reviews regarding feedback as my experience was excellent. I ordered a full replacement disc drive for a PS2 slim, the anti static bridge desoldered just fine and for first time in my life, by some miracle, the laser was all ready to go and didn’t need adjusting (I HATE messing with the voltage).

I also ordered a replacement power button board for the same console. Unfortunately it was defective, the plastic on the actual board crumbled when pressed just once. I got in touch with ZedLabz and Kieran was very quick to resolve the issue, apologising and sending out a free replacement straight away. This replacement was much better, nothing wrong with it, so with that and the disc drive, I felt the faulty power button board was a one-off. It was a minuscule defect which no one could’ve found until the product was used.

This was all back in June, so I wanted to wait some time to ensure the parts were still working before writing my review. They’re working just fine!

Great protector case for the 2DS. Kinda unique since most cases only cover the back of the console. Thank you!

Purchased a Gamecube HDMI adapter and initially had an issue with the item, but Zedlabz were very helpful in email communication and fixing the device quickly. I'd use them again and do recommend!

The replacement screen kit for the gba sp is just perfect. Will do the optional soldering as well.

Arguably the best customer support in my experience. I ordered a gamepad version which was only compatible directly with Sega by mistake but I initially was looking for USB version. I sent a cancellation email and received a quick response and an offer to change the order to the USB version which they happened to have in stock to my surprise. We agreed to change the ordered and today I finally got it in my hands. It's in a perfect condition and everything works great.

The customer support of Zedlabz is an example of how the communication with customers should be. I'm extremely happy with this experience and I highly recommend this shop.

Lots of interesting wares but many are out of stock and it's not that cheap either.
The website is great however, I just wished it would have even smarter filters (and that they would be remembered) to find products easier.
