BEST Massage Ever
BEST Massage Ever! Alfred is very skilled in deep tissue massage .I started extremely sore and stiff. Once he finished there was barely any soreness! I will definitely book Alfred again in the future!

As a physician who doubled as a massage therapist for Zeell Networks I can honestly say this is the absolute worst company administrative wise ethics wise and communication wise. Not only do they end contracts with absolutely no Integrity or communication, they siphon more money than they should for massage therapy jobs and refuse to give adequate 1099. I have been asking for my 1099 since January 1st 2024 and have yet to get it. They have completely blocked my account but yet send instructions to obtain the 1099 through accessing your account. Somewhere along the line you would think that anyone with half a brain in the company would know to follow up on such matters to avoid penalties but nope here we are. After reading many of the client's reviews as well as former employees of Zeel, it is undoubtedly clear they should be put to sleep like a rabid dog.

Double standard they have indeed adding to unprofessionalism in their platform that has flaws from my experience many times. For example, my last appointment, I was not informed as it was canceled the week before, and trying to get a response from a human and not a bot!! I would not recommend the therapist or Zeel from my experience again. A veteran or any other person should not be disrespected and disregarded as I was in my experience. Indeed, I’ve been to other place that offer VA massages and there’s no comparison Zeel has much to improve again in my experience.
Responses to complaints are insulting
To Be Clear- I have not used Zeel services. However, just reading the unimaginably generic (bordering on obtuse) responses from the company to each complaint, regarding a system which Clearly does not work, I'm just going to avoid Zeel altogether, and thank all of those who had to endure what they went through in order to help me avoid this disaster.
(Apparently, Zeel, by way of Trustpilot, has asked me to clarify my review, which I am only too happy to do.
While I have not used Zeel Services, myself... One thing I have experienced from Zeel is to witness their responses to one-star reviews on this website. And based on those responses from Zeel alone - I would not do business with them.) I hope that helps.

Zeel is the absolute worse and I'm speaking from the aspect as a Licensed Massage Therapist. It takes forever to even create an account if your even able to. I heard some pretty bad stories from other LMTs however I decided to join anyway and I see I've made a mistake. I've emailed them a numerous amount of times and still have no access after sending in all my personal information including my LMT info. Not sure why this has been an ongoing issue for over 3 months now but it's obvious Zeel needs more reliable LMTs and yet you keep them/us waiting. Please look into the system or reconsider how you process applications and the time it takes.

Therapist canceled with 4 hours notice
Therapist canceled with 4 hours notice. Not enough time to find a replacement. I scheduled time and booked several days ago. I was discharged from the hospital and really needed the appointment. Customer service felt the need to defend the 4 hour cancelation notice. A simple apology would have been better and would have encouraged me to try again.

First and Last Experience with Zeel
I booked a couple's massage for my wife's birthday weekend. Despite texting with Zeel multiple times leading up to the scheduled time, a second therapist was never found, nor was I ever told that no one was coming. Therefore, our special couple's massage turned into a solo massage for my wife. This was a very disappointing first and last experience with Zeel.

Don't recommend Zeel membership!
I was a member for over a year and kept my account going for over a year (so I wouldn't get fined 200$ for canceling early). I could not get my money back once I decided I no longer wanted or needed their services! Now I have credit and canceled my account, so I don't continue to get charged monthly. To get the discounted rate, you must restart the monthly charges again! So now I must pay the total price for the massages to use my credit! Win-win for them and loss for the customer! They really should refund money to the customer if they don't want their service. Therefore I Do not recommend a Zeel membership.

Management is horrible
I was an employee of Zeel Massage and I was canned for questioning Zeel Massage! Specifically I asked, why out of 8 requests all 8 of those requests the system was telling me that the request was booked with another provider. Why I am not being approved for requests that clients desire. I never got my answer!
What I really thing is going on behind the close doors is they cherry pick who they want to give work too, in some cases they would rather refuse to give a contractor a client and cancel the session for a client all together rather than pairing them with unwanted contractor that they don’t like. I would not be surprised if this business will fold within a few years!
Stay away from this platform is all I can say!!

I am frustrated with booking…
I am frustrated with booking appointments and no one can fulfill my request, I had one individual come to my building but refused to walk across the street to my building. I booked another 2 wks ago for tonight, no one showed, no apology. Now they are trying to hold me to a 12 month contract that they can’t fulfill. I would advise all not to agree to any terms or even use these guys.

I live in a larger city in NC - I get it, we’re not CA so we don’t matter - but I’m getting a little tired of choosing time frames and hearing someone is “working on it,” then nothing. Not too happy with this company from the start.
Not too happy with this company from the get go. I am a veteran and was scheduled an appointment through the VA. My appointment was at 8:00am. They texted me at 7:35am to tell me they didn’t have anyone available.WT F? Really? They then texted saying that a confirmation text would be sent with instructions and provider information. How about some heads up that my appointment would possibly not happen? Bad communication. I’ll be telling the VA to find a different provider.
