My experience with Zeely AI was extremely disappointing. The platform makes big promises about creating high-converting ads and growing your business, but in my case, the results were nowhere near the marketing claims.
The app feels overpriced for what it delivers. Many of the AI-generated creatives look generic, require significant editing, and often fail to capture the quality needed for professional advertising. Credits get consumed quickly, and it feels like you're constantly paying more without seeing meaningful value in return.
The user experience is frustrating, with limited customization, inconsistent output quality, and features that seem far less impressive than advertised. What initially looked like a powerful AI marketing solution ended up feeling like a tool that creates more work rather than saving time.
I cannot justify the subscription cost based on the results I received. There are far better AI marketing and content creation tools available that offer more flexibility, better output quality, and greater value for money.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Zeely AI.

Super easy process to set up
The process to create images and video was super easy! Follow the prompts and it was done! I didn't have to know prompting unless I wanted to. It only took a few minutes

Absolutely awful. The ads are essentially a lie, its not intuitive, needs hand holding, is slower than doing all of the ad's myself, doesn't create a months content in a simple click, created ads that were just terrible and its really difficult to cancel your subscription. Also, as soon as you purchase a subscription, it then tries to up sell you to something it doesn't tell you that you need until you're subscribed. Also the discount lasts a month before they shoot you up to the full cost the following month. Con Artist of a business

I have given it 2 stars, as it does produce good AI images and does post to Insta and TikTok.
It did say I would make sales. which it didn't.
I spent $10 on a test run of Facebook ads. I was charged 12, and they spent 7, so they kept 5. So they stole 3.
If you like nice images on Insta, it's ok, and it's ok for $30 but not $80. I would ask for a refund, as I didn't make a sale and it was a big waste of time. Not recommended for most people.

Fraud, unconfirmed payments, and very over priced.
But I went to experiment using Kelly AI. I was not aware that there was an $80 monthly plan to have my ads made which is already very overpriced but their price is their price. On top of that you also have to pay if you wanna make additional ads more than what they give you each month with the $80. That I understand their pricing and share pricing what I am not happy about is how they basically use fraud against you. I checked out the app in April not aware that I was confirming a payment. I was clicking on the plans to look at them and clicked on the basic plan and then all of a sudden it charged me with no confirmation on whether or not I wanted to pay didn’t even click a button that said yes to pay or anything. Another thing that it’s unreal is that I canceled my plan back in April I did not get charged for April they refunded me yet and in May never got charged. As I thought my plan was canceled. Come now to June I randomly get a charge saying that I just paid Zeely AI $80. When I spoke to someone in chat with customer service, they extend my plane with fully canceled which it should’ve been the fact that I got charged for June makes no sense at all completely fraud. I’m not using that word strongly. I’m using it correctly. I would never recommend this app to anyone as they clearly do dirty business.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It’s impossible to cancel your subscription.
Their cancellation instructions send you around in circles. “Support” is a bot that tells you it is sending you to an “agent” to help you and that “Support” will send you an email that never comes. Now I have to go through my bank,cancel the debit card I used and get a new card. We all know what a pain in the a$$ that is! I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.
