Customer service is awful. They have a live chat which they reply 2 days later and they dont help with anything. I got an error on my video generation and lost credit too.
App is decent, you get 300 credits for like 10 month saying you can make like 75 minutes of faceless video but thats not true.
All the images and everything is not consistent making it weird when the video is ready, all the styles and everything is locked behind more credit eating features. Meaning generating a proper video like a one minute YouTube short is 300 credit so you can make one video a month.
Overall if you want to spend like £10 per video then its decent choice but in terms of support and customer service absolutely 0
