Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was never properly informed that the policy was telematics-based, and the whole process felt misleading from the start. I requested cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period multiple times, yet instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking the same questions again and again without actually cancelling the policy.
To make matters worse, I was charged around £120 for only 4 days of insurance, which is completely unreasonable. Customer service was frustrating, slow, and unhelpful throughout the entire process.
This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an insurance company. I would strongly advise others to carefully read everything before purchasing and think twice before using this service.
No, sorry is not enough. Because of your lack of clear information and these extra charges, I am already at a loss of £120. On top of that, I urgently need insurance now and have to pay another deposit and extra charges elsewhere. Who is going to take responsibility for this?
You still haven’t even processed or sent my refund yet. I already requested cancellation earlier, so I don’t understand why this is taking so long. Please sort this out immediately and confirm when my refund has been issued.

Very disappointing experience. Every time I contact support, they seem confused about the actual problem and never properly help get it sorted. I’ve explained multiple times that the app is showing incorrect information and missing points, but nothing gets resolved. I’ve already tried updating the app and following their advice, yet the issue is still there. Customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful throughout.

Been insured with zego for eight years with two additional years no claims.
I spent days to resolve this issue where zego showed I had made a claim when I had not and 0 no claims.
This was eventually resolved and was given my 10 years no claims and confirmed no claim had ever been made.
I just got charged an extra £20.58 by the new insurer because Zego did not remove the false claim from the shared insurer system. Perhaps you could stop haunting me and remove that false claim.
I must have spent 5 full hours to resolve this and it's still not completely resolved.
