WATCH OUT

WATCH OUT, SCAMMERS. THEY PROVIDE YOU AN ACCOUNT BUT SERVICES DISSAPEAR.

The customer service will tell you the services are working, but they aren't.

Key didn’t work – No support after 10 days

I purchased a Microsoft Office 2019 key through G2A, and unfortunately the key did not work.

After contacting the seller, they replied with a generic message saying the key was fine and told me to activate by phone using an activation guide link. I followed their instructions, but the key still did not activate properly.

When I asked for further assistance, they stopped replying completely. It has now been 10 days with no response and no resolution.

Customer support is extremely disappointing. If there is an issue, they simply claim the key is working and refuse refunds without properly investigating.

Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying software keys here if you expect real support when something goes wrong.

They sold me a fake license then it…

They sold me a fake license then it "expired." They sent me instructions on how to fix the problem, but the software never worked. I bought through G2A, who promises refunds in this situation, but they haven't helped at all. Zeisssoftware erased all conversations on G2A that I'd had with them, but they are still selling there!

Rude and Unserious

Was unable to install office, kindly asked for a refund. Would have taken a simple but kind "no". Seller rudely tells me I'm only trying to get a free key and basically calls me a scammer. Worst, but most hilarious support experience of my life, funny af but cannot recommend ^_^

Scammer software company in Mongolia

Scammer software company located in Mongolia. Selling Adobe accounts on G2A and facebook, that belong to their "organization" and after two days they deactivate your account. If you issue a negative review they resolve the issue temporary and send a request to modify the review into a positive one. After you change that, they deactivate your account again and this time you can't change it anymore. Avoid!
