Deceptive and unprofessional

Let me to first state that i went on there with hopes of a partnership or even a buy out from my AI company. however, I was quick to realize that Zeitro.com is a knockoff high risk business. THEY CAN'T EVEN USE THEIR OWN NAME. Their broker license was even revoked in the state of California. There is also an awful depiction of the company on YouTube and Twitter that I can't even comprehend why they would make such brands. if only that Trustpilot allowed me to show my screenshots or upload photos i would be more than happy to show my awful experience with this company.

Zeitro Inc. objects to the defamatory and baseless statements posted by ZeitroBike (Zeitro LLC.), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We have noticed that ZeitroBike has been posting negative reviews and making false accusations on multiple websites. After communicating with ZeitroBike's senior manager (which will remain nameless for now), it becomes apparent that their reviews and accusations were not based on their experience with our company, Zeitro Inc., but rather both companies have similar company name, albeit operating in different states and in different industries.

ZeitroBike's senior manager's discontent stems from Google search, in which Zeitro Inc. may appear and this, according to the manager, "pissed them off". Without communicating with us first, which would have been a reasonable business judgement, they appeared to have deliberately posted several negative reviews and made false accusations about Zeitro Inc. to hurt our company’s reputation.

In one instance, ZeitroBike posted a statement alleging the revocation of Zeitro Inc.'s broker license and accused that "[Zeitro Inc.] is a knockoff high risk business". Such accusation is groundless and it is an attempted character assassination instead of a statement of fact since it disregarded that the revocation of broker license is not an indication of the risk of our business, but purely based on our business needs.

ZeitroBike's false accusations have been defaming the company's reputation and public image. Our legal team has reviewed the incident and will reach out to ZeitroBike directly. We also reserve all of our rights, nothing is waived, in seeking legal and other remedies as necessary.
