The pink suit I ordered was 3 piece, it's dopatta is very thin and looks like the suit will only last one season. Please improve quality. 3000 rupees is not a small amount for a 3 piece suit.

Poor quality, damaged, wrong size

Poor quality, old, damaged, poorly stitched, wrong size, and overpriced.

I ordered 3 tunics for 9 thousand rupees from the Kasur Railway branch/Warehouse of zellbury. and when I received them I literally cried 😭😭😭 it was some pieces of clothes poorly stitched together with laces nothing like shown on the website. Even the size was smaller than what I ordered and one of them was completely damaged because the fabric was too old, looked like used before. I have given them to my mother for kitchen use ☹️😠😭

Don't buy anything online in Pakistan especially from these so called brands like zellbury that are looting Pakistanis. I will never even shop from their outlets in my life. I absolutely hate you Zellbury!

WORST EXPERIENCE
Wish I could even give them 0 star. Their customer service is really really worse. They just keep you hanging your whatsapp to email and then phone call. They didn't refund me any money or didn't granted me any voucher too. WORSE WORSE.
Everyone please spend 500-1000 extra on any other brand than zellbury to keep you safe from their childish behavior and low quality clothes.

Extremely Disappointed with Zellbury

I recently purchased 4 men’s shalwar kameez from Zellbury, and I regret every bit of it. The material is of very poor quality—thin, cheap-feeling, and gets wrinkled again just moments after being pressed. On top of that, the stitching is pathetic and feels rushed, with loose threads and uneven seams.

Each piece cost between 4,000 to 5,000 PKR, which is extremely overpriced given the substandard quality. I expected at least decent craftsmanship and fabric for that price, but what I received was nowhere near acceptable.

Never Place a Website Order and Pay in Advance!

I placed an order on their website on 15th March for Eid and made the payment online. A week later, they canceled the order. I received two emails. One said that my payment will be refunded in 10 business days, and the other said that they are issuing a voucher for the amount, and I can purchase from their website. I told them I don't want to purchase from their website again, and kindly refund my money in my bank account.

Once again, I received two emails. One said the amount will be refunded. The other said that my refund request is under review!

I haven't received my refund, and since then, all I am getting are copy-pasted replies from their customer service team. It has been over a month now, and I am at a loss. They are the ones who cancelled the order, not me, and now they are not refunding my money! They have stopped replying to me. I regret paying in advance. I strongly advise people not to place an order on their website, and even if you do, NEVER make the payment online/in advance. They will cancel your order, and you will not see your money again.

I ordered a shalwar kameez for myself before Eid in size small which was a tiny bit tighter for my taste and tried my best to get in touch with them but all they offered was a whtaspp chat i got in touch and explained i want to exchange small size with medium to which thr was no response finally when they respond the issues wasn't resolved Eid passed by and after Eid they rather asked me to return on one of thr physical outlets which are quite far from whr i live i asked them your site says self pick for returns to which they said only for a wrong order or defected items however after 3 weeks of Eid i still have the small size with me all i got is a delivery address on which i have to deliver the item and wait for a coupon lol are we in year 2000? Probably one of the most non serious and terrible service i had glad i had managed to wear something else on Eid so for me very very poor service zero 🌟

I am regular customer of zellburry from last 4 years...in ramazan 2025 I ordered 5 suits but they delivered 4 suits and got a payment of 5 suits....I contact them on email Whatsapp and telephone call but they always sent automated boot message and didn't reply to telephone call.... They have no refund policy 😕😕

I bought a dress for gift and paid…

I bought a dress for gift and paid amount online so the receiver will just get parcel, but after placing order 1-2 days they called that the dress i ordered is out of stock and i can not get my order, and they refunded me amount in their wallet and forced me that i can just buy another dress only, and i have to add some other amout to buy another dress as now all the dress available were higher in price.

I purchased a red colour unstitched…

I purchased a red colour unstitched lawn suit.
When I shrink suit in room temperature water it bleed like I slaughter a cow in my toilet also the colour affect the print and stained it.
Very bad experience from a brand like you I cannot expect that.

I bought a dress and wanted to return…

I bought a dress and wanted to return it , according to the new policy you can only exchange the dress by buying something exactly the same price otherwise the bill will not be punched . I exchanged the dress with some other article and their was 10 rupees remaining on their side . The staff told me that the bill can only be punched with the exactly same amount for that 10 rupee I had to buy another dress. Kindly change this policy it is making hard for the customers to buy anything.

I ordered 2 tunics and after first wash…

I ordered 2 tunics and after first wash the dresses looked shaggy , all the shine was gone . And it looked as if i have washed them multiple times. Very low quality products. Don't recommend.
Better purchase from local market with half prices if we are going to get such pathetic quality products
