It is not worth for one star , I would like to share my experience with Zell Education, which has been very disappointing.

I have not gained any meaningful learning from this institution, and I feel that both my time and money have been wasted. After attending a few classes, I completely lost interest due to the lack of quality teaching and support.

Once the loan process was completed during registration, it felt like my concerns were no longer taken seriously. Regardless of whether I attended classes or not, I was still required to continue making monthly payments. Additionally, receiving frequent calls regarding loan repayments has been stressful and mentally disturbing.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this institute to anyone based on my experience.

Their team convinced both me and my mother to commit before we could think it through properly. At first, I thought the price was fair given all the features they were offering.

But as time passed and I did more research — reading reviews and digging deeper — I started seeing the full picture of how Zell Education operates. My batch is for CFA Level 1 + 2, priced at ₹75,000 paid in 9 equal installments.

When I called them to ask for a refund, they responded very politely — but essentially gave me the runaround. They said I hadn't received full access yet, that classes wouldn't even start for another 3 months, and that there would be no problems. They also made the refund sound like a legal nightmare — lots of headaches, complicated paperwork, not worth pursuing.

Right now I'm really stressed and confused. I don't know what my next move should be.

Been working with Zell for the last 10 months and I must say this is one of the best companies I have worked for, good growth opportunities, no unnecessary pressure.

My sister is excellent at accounts. I asked her to take the ACCA course. She was confused about which institute to choose. When we found Zell, we saw mixed reviews. The situation made us unsure about enrolling. However, we made the decision to rely on our intuition. We thought some products might not appeal to everyone. It really depends on the person. Even though other institutes had negative reviews, she chose Zell. I am pleased to say she passed the ACCA exam with 80% marks. Thank you, Zell!

Great Institute for CFA course. Mentor here is really supportive, which made my preparation journey stressfree.

I am a Zell student , I had so bad experience don't PREFER for Zell Education. starting they said we have mentors and all time help and so many things ...
My mentor is not replying , i am literally crying why i prefer this and most important the Zell had the policy of not returning the money if you don't want to do ACCA. THEY everyone. There is no option of attaching any file otherwise i will attached the proof.

The experience has been truly fantastic so far.

As a student, Zell Education made my learning so simple & effective. My mentor was very supportive and helped me through out my journey. I cleared 2 papers till now.

I completed both of my 2 parts of US CMA from Zell Education's learning platform, they helped me a lot during the entire journey and also provided me a placement after completing my Part 1 exam

Got enrolled and after enrollment there have been almost no response from Zell...they convey things very positively but when it comes to practical they daily ...very poor experience.. don't go with Zell and save ur money

very poor services , takes hours to respond and we got scammed in joining a course and now when we have to take the refund it’s been a month but not gotten it back!

There’s a massive scam happening at an academy called Zell Education. They lure candidates in with promises of job placements abroad, but once you enroll, you don’t even get a single call.

I’ve been desperately trying to reach out to them for the past two months, but they’ve completely forgotten the promises they made to attract students.

On top of that, they haven’t honored the fee concessions they guaranteed during enrollment.

I’ve never encountered such a reckless institution in my entire life.

All their promises are empty, and they are nothing but liars.

They mislead me to join zell. No support was given. Very frustrating. After paying the fees they will just ignore you.

I loose my 1million in 6 month course of ESG sustainability and absolutely careless approach and they don't note down your problems and no answers except repete answers, I daily regrate about my investment in this useless institutions and please don't join any course this is my humble request to new users
