I’ve been super happy with the service…

I’ve been super happy with the service from Zello (was Lumi)

I first bought the ‘your voice’ white noise machine back in May 2024 after we’d got fed up of Ewan the Sheep going off after 20 minutes for our then 9 month old. I loved the moon shape of the nightlight and knew Lumi (was) was popular. The machine lasted us a good 10 months of daily use but the on off button stopped working, however the company were absolutely amazing in replacing it for me, and on top of that they also previously sent me some replacement clips when that broke. The quality is still great, and I feel it’s much improved since they’ve changed over to Zello too the new machine feels even better quality.

I’ve had nothing but amazing service, we love our white noise machine and since I’ve got used to it now we’ll probably have to keep rebuying it for the rest of our lives 🤣

Highly recommend this company!
