Hi, sorry you have had a bad experience shopping from the US Amazon site where Amazon may have sold you a return as all logistics are handled by them including refunds and returns.
Unfortunately I only operate the UK side and have no dealings with the US. I do suggest contacting Amazon directly to rectify the problem for you.

Fantastic experience purchasing from Zen Collectibles. Order was cancelled due to low stock, however Stephen went out of his way to email stating stock was available and the order would continue to be processed. Would absolutely order from them again.

Thank you for your review regarding your order experience. We apologise that we had a stock counting error which is few and far between, unfortunately it just happens to be your order.
We have checked the timestamps and your order was cancelled at 16:59 and an apology email sent at 17:01.
We have just gone back to check the inbox and spam box but can not see an email between the time we cancelled and provided full refund and when we sent our courtesy email to explain why we had to cancel and refund.
