Great until a week ago, now bad like the others
Just up until a week ago their generated image-to-image renderings looked great and were consistent. They recently had issues and did a big update and now 9 out of 10 renderings look nothing like they're supposed to, they're terrible. The image quality has seriously deteriorated and they no longer produce 4K images. It's changed a lot for the worse in the 1 1/2 months I've been using it. I'll be looking elsewhere for something consistent and in no time there will be different platforms producing better work. What a shame, they were very good for a time, but no longer.

This really has to be the worst AI…
This really has to be the worst AI generation site on the entire web
Not only does every request take literally hours to process but the software has a real bad habit of altering people's faces beyond recognition
At time of writing I have had a number of image creations showing as "in process" for more than 24hrs.I have contacted support multiple times but have been ignored.

At this point, around 60% of generations complete in under a minute, and 99.9% complete in under 5 minutes. We have also continued improving workflows to make results more consistent and reliable.

Unreliable and no recompense
My simple tasks just got stuck in processing. I hour and counting . Have tried it twice now and I am wasting credits. Cant get a refund according to the bot which can't help either and said it should only take 60 secs to process and to email the company! It tried connecting me to a human but I have been waiting 38 minutes now, I have had to email. This is the first time I have paid for Zen and has been a very poor experience.
It started well on the free version (although took about 20 mins) but the face changed quite a lot, so I paid to remove the watermark and do a face swap to remedy. Wish I had stuck with my other tools. I wanted to post tonight. Really disappointed - promised so much but didn't deliver.

False advertising
Garbage site. Wasted 80 credits trying do a single objective that falls within their claims on their site. I even enlisted groks help with prompts and it couldn't get it either. It can literally create a person out of thin air but can't do simple prompts. Customer service is useless.
