They originally sent custom holder to me. As luck would have it, it was labelled as delivered by the USPS but I never received it. This was not their fault as they had the correct address. They did not question one thing and very quickly got back to me and sent me a new one. No questions. Thank you. Great customer service.

The glue around the strap came undone. It gets stuck in my hair. Metal shots are coming through the strap, and this bag is not even a full year-old no way is it worth the money? I am extremely disappointed.

They have the worst zippers. Purse is beautiful outside, but inside lining is cheap and rips within a few months period. Purse was purchased in November and by February the zipper and the lining were a problem.

Bad quality holster and no returns.
Only one email, asking to send them pictures and nothing after that.
Never reply back and no return process.
Better to buy at amazon.
I assume, all stuff they are selling is bad quality and no customer service.

The strap didn’t last 5 months before the metal strands busted through the strap.

Love my bag, can’t find quality leather these days! The size is just right, the magnétic concealed pocket is genius, can’t wait to buy another one in the Camo color!

My gun is free floating in the pocket, this allows it to turn making difficult to access quickly. Also because I have a sig p365 it's is smaller, if I have anything in the other pockets of the back my gun gets hung up in the back corner. Installing a band or pouch at the opening of the magnetic section would elevate these problems.

I took a chance on how big the bag really is. I’m petite 5’0 116 lbs. so practicing pulling out my gun was hard without it moving everywhere. I just really wish there was a smaller bag for us petite women (praying for some in the future) customer service was wonderful! Such an easy turn around time from purchasing and now to returning.
