Scam
Scam. $0.53 for one doc. 3 days later another $.53. Then $31.79 because it’s a monthly subscription and a complete scam. This was for my elderly father. Not one owner or employee associated with this company and a bot in customer support refuses to refund when I have provided every last detail. I hope this team goes to prison. I’ll do my best to make it happen.

I thought this was a free site
I thought this was a free site, then had to pay $1.00, but the bank transaction was for $0.50 twice. Then the site won't let me compress another file!

Literally a few minutes after…
Literally a few minutes after subscription payment went through and I emailed Zendocs support to ask for their understanding of my error. Yes they understand of course but they ain't refunding a penny.
Update:
Following the posting of this review, I received this message from Zendocs:

Charged me without my authorisation and…
Charged me without my authorisation and then were extremely rude and dismissive when I contacted them to find out why when I signed up for the free trial and cancelled, basically paid £30 for one document to be converted to PDF. Awful
When I asked for access to review them using their own reveiwing software, conveniently I don't have access. Suspicious and wrong
