I'm confused about this
I'm confused about this. I have a lot of responsibilities on my shoulders. I thought I had already done the enrollment and paid. Then I get a message that was kind of rude. Not sure what is going on, but do not like basically being told I'm stupid

DO NOT SUPPORT THEIFS
They are the absolute worst place to get a document from. No phone number for customer support no help whatsoever, DO NOT PURCHASE A DOCUMENT FROM THESE THEIFS!!!!
The keep renewing a subscription that I’ve cancelled multiple times if 90$ down the drain so far will soon become a law suit if something doesn’t happen.

Total dark-pattern scam. I came to split a PDF — a 5-second task. The site happily let me upload my file, click through the entire flow, "process" it… and then, only at the very last step, demanded my credit card number before it would let me download the result. No upfront pricing, no warning — just your work held hostage at the finish line so you'll reflexively type your card in. I didn't, and I'd urge no one else to either. This isn't a service, it's a trap engineered around sunk-cost psychology. Splitting/merging a PDF is trivial: any AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or a free offline tool does it in seconds, no signup, no card, no upload of your private documents to a sketchy server. Avoid entirely. Services that operate like this should not exist.

Came on here for 1 time to make a resume for what was the total cost of 50cents. i said sure gave my cash app and SOME HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was looped into a month subscription luckily cash app you can block the company. But i was out 40 bucks.......... Go somewhere else or hell USE COPILOT rather than these JOKERS!!!!!

I never subscribed to a monthly subscrption
I did not subscribe to a monthly subscrption and it was difficult to cancel it. But after I complained to Trustpilot that money was taken without my approval, Zendocs swiftly reinbursed the subscrption fees of £39.99.

Tried to use this but didn't do what I…
Tried to use this but didn't do what I wanted, got charged 50 cents twice for that, then got charged €39.99 for a monthly subscription without asking for it.got onto them for a refund and was told i would get a refund with their apologies. I haven't got that yet and when I checked they hadn't cancelled the subscription. I cancelled it immediately myself. Nothing but a scam.
