I bought lightning for gringots bank and i got something totally different. No feedback from customer support, nothing.
Very bad experience

Worst light kit company I've ever had to deal with. The support is awful, they told me to work out what the problem was because they didn't have a clue. I sent details with photographs and they spoke about other stuff that was totally irrelevant. They did send out some new lights and expansion boards but the problem persists.
As for the power function kit, it is a total waste of money. There is nothing on their website that tells you you have to have an app to control the power kit. Without the app you can only go forward at one speed which is too fast. It doesn't stay on the track and my phone does not have the capacity for yet another app.
The communication with support has stressed me to the max, I feel I will have to now go through paypal and ask for a partial refund.
They did end up giving a partial refund for the power kit but it is still the worst light company I've ever had to deal with and will never be using them again.
