My wife found on instagram ZenFinans and she suggested to contact them for a refinance.
After I sent the application I was appointed a case manager.
I send him an email before Christmas, he asked if we can get in touch in January and I agreed.
Once he started looking into my case, he did the best he could to get me a better monthly payment to the bank and eventually we agreed on one offer.
He took his time to explain all the details, he was transparent and helpful the entire time.
