I ordered a few magnets with a picture of my wolf experience and the magnets came in all bubbly and not usable. You graciously made new magnets and sent them out ASAP. I receive them and they are perfect. Thank you so much for expediting this order and getting it to me as fast as you did.

Terrible. I cannot access my images because they have archived my galleries. I am about to lose a client. 24 hours they say and I’m still waiting. And it’s not a cheap website either.

I dislike the fact that zenfolio doesn't reach out to let you know your account payment didn't go through at that time. I dislike not being able to reach a live person when you realize the issue has occurred and having to message with a bot or email customer service but it takes 24 - 48 hours for a reply.

Stay away!!! I am STUCK until I can transfer all of my photos to another hosting site. After 12 years I am done! The lack of customer service is disturbing.
The good reviews on here have to be fake!
Their customer service doesn’t exist! There is NO technical support. I’ve had a subscription with them for over 10 years. Don’t have a clue what plan I have. They keep claiming my plan doesn’t include phone support….but they can’t even tell me what plan I fall under.
They refused to refund an order that I canceled 3 hours after it was placed, by a customer.
Their “24/7” support is false advertising. My clients no longer have access to assets, they don’t have access to customer service, archived galleries are missing. Their restructure is a mess and they couldn’t care less how their current customers feel. They will do anything to not have face to face customer service.
I can’t even get a photo to fall center on a webpage, it doesn’t save my changes….site kept crashing….their is no customer support for that either! My other solution is to us a link tree to another website.
Stay away from Zenfolio!!!! They have CRASHED the way I run my website!

I would give a NEGATIVE 5 stars if that was allowed. I've trusted my valuable legacy family photos, about 250 albums over 15 years, to Zenfolio. Without my permission, they "archived" almost all my albums, making them essentially inaccessible in real-time.
The iPhone app for viewing is now unusable.
On my desktop (with 1 gig service) it takes minutes for pictures to appear when I open an album.
Zenfolio has apparently started a new paradigm for their business but has not offered a pathway to update my account.
I'm currently downloading my albums, one at a time (8 hours wasted so far) and will change to another hosting website than is actually honest and dependable once I've finished. My will actually mandates continued payment to Zenfolio after my death to allow family access. Next call- my lawyer.
Shame, shame, shame.

- Noticed some bugs in site building, and lack of options
Other like Pixieset are much more professional and user friendly

Zenfolio is always there to help with any giving problem I may have about my hosting plan with them. They are quick to get back with you. I have been very pleased with my website that I purchased 2 more websites for my other businesses. I highly recommend Zenfolio. I have been using their services for years.

I had major problems connecting my GoDaddy account to my Zenfolio account. I reached out to customer support, and within a couple of days received a response of exactly what to do on my end and how to fix it. The agent literally wrote out all the steps and in a format easy to understand for beginner like me. Shortly after applying their recommendations, my website was up and running. My site has been working flawlessly ever since! Thank you Zenfolio Agent
