Good and bad

Everything starts with misleading advertising by Mercado Libre. When you click on the link you’re interested in, it redirects you to different websites to “supposedly” take a survey through which you will win a prize. Instead, they simply subscribe you to ZENGLOWMART without accepting any terms and conditions and then proceed to make charges. Up to that point I had a very bad experience, but my complaints and refund requests were handled very quickly and properly by Alero and Erick, and their team.

Without my participation

Without my participation, they registered me and charged me for a subscription. I wrote to their website and they replied that they were processing my request and would refund my money. Thank you to the team for processing my request.

No mention of subscription/but helful to solve problem

I initially thought I was buying a product and ended up enrolled to a subsciption with Zenglowmart. Nothing was linked to this company when I made my purchase (or maybe hidden)
However, I sent a request of subscription cancellation, through the Livechat, and Declan helped me to cancel it. Reimbursement seems to be in process. Helpful to solve my problem.
