I’ve been using Zengo Wallet for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the best crypto wallets out there. It’s super easy to use, very secure, and I never had to worry about losing my funds because there are no complicated seed phrases. What I really appreciate the most is their amazing support and admin team — they are always fast to respond, helpful, and respectful. Whether you’re just getting started in crypto or already experienced, Zengo makes managing your assets simple and stress-free. Highly recommended.

This is a criminal outfit. Please do not trust sending them your money. I was wanting some crypto to pay for an online purchase. So I had to send a minimum of £35 to open my account with. Even though it was more than I was sending, I just had to send this to them. Then a couple of days later, the money appeared in my account. Great, I could now send my payment. Noooooo. Firstly, there was fee's taken off. So my £35, ended up with only £31.30 credit.

But that wasn't all.The send button on the payment screen was disabled. So I contacted Customer support and explained the problem. They told me I needed to "add gas" or join "Premium" to be able to send money. I told them it's getting too complicated and I want my money back. After that, there was complete silence. The operator stopped answering my questions. I hung on for 20 minutes and gave up with them. So I am going through my bank for a refund. There is no option to withdraw your own money. So beware, it will happen to you if you are not careful. Don't use them, they are out to steal your money. They are Scammers. Only Scammers run and hide when you ask difficult questions. Like can I get my money back please, they hide. But my bank will get my money back from them. Fingers crossed 🤞

Best customer service and supports a lot of chains

The wallet is super user friendly, the interface is great, it’s quick, it seems to have good security measures. When I needed help I got in contact with the support team (a real person shoutout Noah), who helped me within minutes. Iv tried other wallets, this one is great 👍

I have used zengo for months now and I have had a wonderful experience with it.
One other thing I love about it is the customer service, so friendly to communicate with.

Understood my question and knew it was a scam

My last review was removed after it was inappropriately flagged as fraudulent. I included identifying information of the agent in the review, which I was told was against guidelines. I am reposting my review with identifying information removed.

I just had a terrible experience with an agent. I was asking questions about the security of their product. During the conversation, the agent was obviously trying to "sell" me on the product, including by comparing the product to competitors. I have read that this is often a red flag. It is was particularly unusual because I wasn't in any conversation about sales. I am a user of the product and simply wanted more information.

I provided feedback that I was annoyed by the advertising and sales tactics and advertising by design is a form of manipulation and often deception, so it's put me on alarm. I relayed I have been deceived many times and had crypto compromised multiple times (both true statements). The agent became offended and said I was insinuating that he was trying to deceive me. I said I was not accusing him of deception; I was noting that advertising itself is by design often a form of deception. He said I was being abusive and told me I "could use another wallet." He then closed the chat and apparently disabled it, so that I cannot use it. I have a pending transaction coming into the account and I think he may be closing it. I can no longer use the chat function. It appears disabled.

It appears my sense of alarm was warranted because with the slightest negative feedback regarding communication, the agent disabled the chat and told me to go somewhere else, indicating he is closing my wallet as well.

The company responded to my first review with inaccurate statements, and below I am including my response to those statements:

I did not make any "wild accusations." I did not claim Zengo was using "malicious advertising techniques." I expressed annoyance that the agent was using advertising techniques at all while I was trying to ask questions about the service to determine its security. at times comparing itself to its competitors. I stated that any advertising by anyone is at its nature manipulative and can be deceptive, so I provided feedback that I was annoyed I was being advertised to through the customer service process. I am frankly flabbergasted this has drawn such an over the top response. A reputable company would welcome feedback concerning its processes, not blackball its customer.

"This review will be flagged as fraudulent, and this comment further proves that you do not use our solution."

This statement does not make any sense. Your own statement proves that the review is not fraudulent, as you acknowledge that I am a user of the product. I have a wallet with you and was communicating with you through your desktop app, which I had to use my verified email to log in through. I had a pending crypto transaction that was incoming, which I thankfully had enough time to cancel based on this wild response.

I highly, highly recommend Zengo platform, it's user friendly, cheaper fees fast and reliable. Excellent customer service , Felipe, jacobo, Noah alwys promt reply, transaction is alwys given you a noticed from email to histories and able to screen shots to keep it track everything of your transactions, one of the best platform I ever used 👍 10 out of 10, excellent.

This is my first attempt at using cryptocurrency and learning about block chains and different types of crypto. Zengo has made it so incredibly easy to not just use crypto but learn about it as well. Their customer service exceeds any experience I've EVER had anywhere and they are available 24/7 and are beyond helpful, patient, kind and polite. Seriously, use Zengo if you're a newbie like me or a pro! You won't be disappointed!

First time did trading in bitcoins and find amazing experience getting it wrong but with the help of Zengo advisor managed in th end after 2 hours

Everything about this app is atrocious. It rarely shows the right balance. On the same home screen it'll tell me both "You don't have any coins yet" and right under that shows my coin balances. Typical ridiculous message: "Congratulations: You have received 0 USDT." It never shows all the transactions automatically, you have to pull down to refresh, not just once, but multiple times. In the History, it shows the same transaction twice, and with different amounts. It rounds some coin amounts to a mere 1 decimal place, and provides no way to see the actual number of coins without checking the blockchain. I currently have a stuck transaction, and the tx page shows a recipient address that's completely different from the one I entered. For the privilege of Stopping or Speeding Up a transaction, you have to pay $20/mo. Can't see transaction history for a coin where you'd expect it (by tapping/drilling down into that count), it's in a completely separate History tab. There's no running balance, unlike Every. Single. Bank. I succumbed to the extortion and signed up for the $19.99/mo. Zengo Pro so I could get a stuck transaction processed, but even after it says "Awesome! Your purchase as been successfully validated," when I tap Speedup, it *still* tells me I need to upgrade to Zengo Pro! Force quit the app, open it again, try to Speedup the tx, get the error, "Oops, something went wrong." Everything. About. This. App. Is. Broken. Always defaults to sending coins by entering their USD value, not the number of coins, with no way to change the default. Swap fees are much higher than elsewhere. I've reported these and other problems for months, they never fix anything.

Love the ease of use, no wallet phrase needed and they have great customer support! Staking of ETH ist also possible through the app.

Easy to use. Easy to recover. Good and effective support.

Oh my God I’ve been on four different bitcoin purchasing apps just today trying to purchase bitcoin and not have a problem. My bank only allows ACH purchases of cryptocurrency, and it was near impossible to get other apps to offer simple answers on how to handle things. I will not work with any other app than Zengo in their pro version. It is worth every single penny just to have a live person help walk you through issues. I can’t even tell you how grateful I am being new to cryptocurrency to have someone who can simply take you through the necessary steps to work through some of the glitches that can occur when handling KYC verification, along with some of the stupidest things that can hang you up like automatic VPN set on your iPhone.
