Excellent quality and customer service

We’ve been using Zen Hair extensions in our salon for many years now, and the quality has always been consistently excellent. The hair itself is beautiful to work with and our clients are always really happy with the results and longevity.

Everything is always packaged so well when orders arrive, which makes such a difference when you’re running a busy salon and need things organised and ready to go.

Their customer service is also fantastic. After our salon was unfortunately affected by flooding last November, we lost a lot of stock and needed copies of invoices for insurance purposes. The Zen Hair team sent everything through incredibly quickly, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

They also kindly included a few extra marketing materials and little extras in my last order, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Overall, a brilliant company to work with and a brand we’re always happy to recommend to our clients.

Disappointed with the Quality
I purchased these keratin hair extensions one month ago, and unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. After only three weeks, the hair became tangled and difficult to brush, which is unacceptable for the price I paid.Another major issue was the reaction to heat. Even though I used a proper heat protectant spray, the extensions started to smell like plastic as soon as I applied heat. This made me feel that the hair was not real or of the quality advertised.
I initially thought I might have been unlucky with my first order, so I decided to reorder the extensions hoping the second set would be better. I spent £360 in total, and so far I do not feel that the product matches its value.
I truly hope the next set has better quality, but based on my experience so far, I am not satisfied.

These are my second lot of tape extensions from Zen and I am extremely happy with them and can't wait to get them fitted. My first lot lasted for 3 refits and the quality and price are excellent. Also next day delivery!

Ok, this review comes from Sweden, where I was talked into this extensions by my hairdresser. This is the MOST DIREST AND LOWEST QUALITY extensions I have ever tired in my life and I have tried many. As some comments below me mentioned, the extensions (part of them, not all) has managed to create a ball of tangles that I had to put long time into untangling it. Now, I am EXPERIENCED extensions user - I do know my stuff, how to care for them in whole, how to care for the tape bits and how to care for the rest of the extensions. Zen hair Extensions are either over treated or not human extensions at all. I am planning to submit some samples for the biological labs and see what answer they will come up with in terms of quality of hair and if they are, in fact, of human origin. I will make sure to spread the word. For now, if you are in Sweden: STAY CLEAR OFF ZEN HAIR EXTENSIONS!!!
And yes, I will be happy to provide my real name and the name of the salon should Zen Hair Extensions enquire it.

I’ve had zen tape extensions for 5 1/5 years and I absolutely love them. I get new hair just once a year and have them retaped every 10 weeks. Mine are very light blond and they stay soft and silky
I wash my hair no more than twice a week and I find them so easy to manage

Zen are the best hair extensions I have had. Had the tapes and now a weft and love both. With good care they can last up to 2 years and still feel soft and look shiny. Love love love 💕

i have never been more disgusted by a product in my life!!! i am genuinely outraged, i’ve had extensions a few times but tried out zen hair and within the first wash they were dry and felt like straw, no matter what i did they began to mat and i would find my hair in a ball in the back of my head, ive tried so many good products i take so much care of it. i am now having to cut the extensions out of my head as they are in a rock solid ball on my head, and now loosing my own hair. spend your money on something better and DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR, the support team are not supportive either
