We visited Zen in Bloomsbury to take a Covid test for our flight back to the US.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We were in and out with a negative test + written/digital documentation within 20 minutes.

The staff went the extra mile and made sure they provided us with a test that was up to standard with the CDC guidelines.

Zen gave us serious peace of mind and we would reccommend them for all your international travel needs!

The Staff here is TOP! I visited to get the Fit to Fly Covid test as I am from USA...this is super easy, efficient and safe. The selection of wellness products is also the best I have ever seen.

Zen was very helpful and made it easy to complete this regulation. In fact, when I went in the shop a few hours early, they willingly accommodated me and we’re both friendly and professional. Got my certificate AND had it emailed to me. Easy. No issues at the airport.

I went at Zen Pharmacy Knightsbridge to do my 2-day Covid test and at the same time my fly out test as I was only in London for 48hrs. Everything went smoothly from online booking, emailing details with the pharmacist. I met Sali who did everything rapidly and very professionally, including assisting me to file the results on the Apps.
I highly recommend you ask the test to be done by Sali. She has something special in her voice and attitude that soothes people’s mind and soul instantly. Looking forward to my next test :-)

I went to the Beauchamp store/clinic and the assistant upstairs was excellent, he made me feel comfortable, gave good advice and was meticulous.
Sali downstairs was unbelievable she sorted all my paperwork on my phone, which would have taken me hours; she accomplished the work in no time at all and was super efficient.
You have two exceedingly good staff there, don’t lose them! John Stephen.

Great and reliable service. Used Zen for a rapid antigen fit to fly test the day before my flight. Results arrived via email in less than an hour. The staff in the branch were very helpful and polite.

Have also used Zen in the past for day 2 and day 8 tests, again very good impression.
