Zenith Financial Advisors is a US-based tax advisory and accounting firm specializing in cross-border tax compliance for individuals and businesses operating between the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, we serve US expats, dual citizens, Canadian snowbirds, digital nomads, freelancers, and small business owners navigating complex international tax obligations. Our team of licensed Enrolled Agents (EAs) and CPAs brings deep expertise in US federal and state tax filing, FBAR and FATCA compliance, Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE), foreign tax credits, RRSP and TFSA reporting for US persons, and treaty-based tax planning under the US-Canada Tax Treaty. We handle individual returns (1040, 1040-NR), corporate filings, bookkeeping, and year-round tax planning. What sets us apart is our focus on cross-border situations that most general tax preparers get wrong. Whether you are an American living in Toronto trying to stay compliant with both the IRS and CRA, a freelancer working remotely from multiple countries, or a small business owner expanding into Canadian markets, we have the specialized knowledge to minimize your tax burden legally and keep you penalty-free. We offer transparent fixed-fee pricing, a secure online client portal for document upload and real-time status tracking, and consultations via video call so you can work with us from anywhere in the world. Our goal is to make cross-border tax filing simple, accurate, and stress-free. Get started with a free consultation at zenithfinancialadvisors.com.

Highly Recommend

After a disastrous experience with a previous accountant who completely botched our multi-member real estate LLC, Harsh and his team stepped in to handle a highly complex cross-border cleanup. He is currently running a multi-year forensic audit of our returns to protect our US real estate assets and my wife's pending US immigration app while we live in Mexico City. His deep knowledge of expat exclusions and technical corporate tax structures has given us total peace of mind, and his communication is incredibly sharp and direct.
