COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE
Couldn’t have asked for more when purchasing a car for my daughter. Enquired on the Monday and the car was delivered on the Sunday, from London to Aberdeen door to door! Special thanks to Raheem for his time and patience on dealing with the trade in and the finance, which saved my daughter around £60 a month compared to car prices where we are. Will be looking to use them when it’s my turn for a change of car. 👍

Came in to the dealership with an open mind. The guys here didn’t make me feel pressured into buying the car and were very happy to answer my questions honestly. If they weren’t sure about something they would search it up and tell me. Even after purchase they helped me with tax and insurance! Would recommend

Dishonest company
My main concern with the company is the lack of honesty as they withheld important information from me on two separate occasions .
I asked a question on two separate occasions as to why the car was low mileage . To which i was told they don’t know .
I then paid the AA to research the car and found it to an be ex motability. Whilst I have no issues with this, ex-motability cars are ex - leased ,so aren’t sold at the full value . They are reduced in price . So in being deceitful and basically lied to , I almost paid well over the odds for a car .worth a lot less .
I phoned to get back a partial refund for my reservation fee , I was told no. So I lost a lot of money and wasted timed.
The AA had priced the cars worth at £1100 less .

We were unable to refund the £100 deposit as on your second visit arrangements were made and the car was removed from sale and prepared for your collection. Due to the charges incurred by us having to relist the vehicle and also preparation charges we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund.
We again would like to apologise for any error on our part, if there is anything we can do to help please do not hesitate to contact us.
