Did nothing
Everyone is different, but this did nothing at all for me. Melatonin tablets, usual herbal type sleep remedies and even most prescribed medication (promethazine, mirtazapine, amitriptyline and even zolpidem) also do absolutely nothing for me either, so I might just be broken. But even so, I would say if you've tried melatonin pills and they don't help, then the chances are this probably won't do anything either.

Hidden health risk
I used this product a while ago it never worked for me then but on Monday night I got it out and tried it again, I am a non smoker and found it quite unpleasant drawing it into my lungs but I persevered and did 10 inhalations, it did nothing to help with sleep and the next day Tuesday I had a serious sore throat hurts to swallow I still have it today Wednesday and I am really worried about this now this product does not come with a warning that it could irritate your throat and lungs it states that it is safe I am really angry about this

Sleep Now has been amazing for me
Sleep Now has been amazing for me. I started using Sleep Now because, although I am on sleep medication, it takes 20-30 minutes to work and makes me feel groggy. Absolutely amazing 🤩 if I could give more stars I would. I honestly didn’t think they would work, as I have been using seeing pills for years (which always leave me feeling groggy), but these little beauties not only work a treat, they don’t leave you feeling tired the next day! This product has been a game changer…
This product has been a game changer for me. I’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping with lots of stresses in my life. I take this pen about 30 mins before bedtime. When I tell you I have the deepest sleep, I’m not exaggerating. Not only do I fall asleep so much easier, I stay in a deep sleep until the morning. Highly recommend.

I'm amazed at this product!
I ordered 6 by accident, i only wanted to try 1 first... but it was meant to be! After i have a few inhales, i feel so relaxed in seconds and then next thing I'm waking up 8 hours later feeling so refreshed and full of energy. I haven't slept this much in about 2/3 years as my mind does so much overtime it used to irritate me so much . Definitely be purchasing more when i am on my forth one . Thank you very much! Customer Service was helpful
Ok, I'm updating my review because Zenko did in fact give me a 50% refund without having to return the product. But it didn't work for me. Sometimes things that work for one, will but work for others. The customer service was a great turn around considering how irritated I was starting out. They told me to try this and try that but in the end, a 50% refund was better than nothing. I'm grateful for that at least. But now I have 5, basically 6 full sticks left. Although I did use one quite a bit trying to get it to work!! But if these work for you, they taste pretty good lol like grape almost.

This product does work. Better than the melatonin 10 mg pill I take. I have played around a bit, started out on a Friday night when I didn't have to work the next day. I did the 10 puffs. It was a bit too much. I started backing down, and find that around 5 puffs will do wonders for me. Awesome product!

I cannot recommend these sleep diffusers highly enough. For anyone suffering from sleep deprivation I urge you to try these! I was sceptical at first, thinking how on earth will these work, but I was desperate as prescription sleepers and over the counter sleepers leave me feeling groggy and tired the next day. I decided to go for the buy 2 get one free. All I can say is wow! I was shocked that they worked and also didn’t make me feel groggy the next day! I have now been using these for over a year and no longer worry about not being able to sleep! If I wake up during the night (which I do as I’m going through the menopause, so my bladder is more active) I just have some more puffs of my diffuser and before I know it I’m awake in the morning!
