I’ve been using zenoti for 3 years and…

I’ve been using zenoti for 3 years and although I had a few bumps when I switched over to them. The multi site option of using the Zenoti software means that we can make bookings across centres, take deposits and have online bookings.
Ramana is exceptional in helping, this company should be absolutely proud of having him in the company, he’s helped us smooth any bumps and continues to help.
Really happy and would recommend it without any reservations

Mark S has been outstanding…

We’ve been using Zenoti for over three and a half years at our salon, and the level of support we’ve received, particularly from Mark S in the UK support team, has been outstanding.

As a busy salon, we often don’t have the luxury of time to troubleshoot or research the best solutions on our own. Mark has always been on hand to assist, offering swift problem-solving and proactively suggesting new systems that complement and improve our business operations.

His dedication and quick responses have made a real difference in our day-to-day efficiency. We’re incredibly happy with the strong working relationship we’ve built with Mark and the Zenoti team, and we truly value their ongoing support.

I had a fantastic experience with Mayukha, Srikanth, Amit, and the entire Zenoti team. They provided exceptional support throughout our CRM system setup. Highly recommend Zenoti

Highly recommend Zenoti, it's one of the best platform. It consistently introduces new features that not only safe time on business reports, but also enhance the overall user experience. The system empowers employees app to manage their schedule effectively, while seamless costumer journey makes booking breeze.

The UK support team is exceptional, always just a phone call away or readily available for a meeting to guide. Their professionalism and understanding truly set them apart.

We had a meeting with Mark Rowley and set out for him the outcomes we wanted to achieve
in improving our online Client Experience Journey, by better integrating the advanced marketing and other Zenoti mobile features to enhance our in-salon experience! Mark exceeded our expectations with an inspiring blend of a loyalty scheme that really enhanced our perceived value and brand along with innovative ways to encourage clients to engage more with the mobile booking and checkout features. Excellent support !

Rush Hair & Beauty has partnered with Zenoti since 2020. The implementation occurred during the pandemic, presenting numerous challenges; however, the support from the Zenoti team was invaluable, resulting in a seamless cutover and successful go-live. Throughout this process, Ramanna has provided outstanding assistance to Rush, demonstrating his expertise in Zenoti and proving to be a significant asset to the organization.
Additionally, Mark Rowley has been a strong advocate for Rush, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that all our needs are addressed promptly. This collaboration has led to a remarkable transformation for Rush, and we are grateful for the exceptional team at Zenoti, which distinguishes them from other software providers.

Easy to use, great support system

After using a previous software and having no end of problems with bugs and a lack of support we have been really pleased with how the transition to Zenoti has been so far, the implementation team have gone into great detail with us to ensure everything is set up and running in the most efficient way, they are always quick to respond to queries and offer support. We've had a number of video calls to go over things which we have found really beneficial and the ease of arranging the calls and the availability the team have has been really helpful. The training provided for the software has also been really informative and made the transition as smooth as we could've hoped for. The team have really made an effort to understand us as an independent clinic and the needs we have to tailor the software to suit us best.
