The software is pretty great, once you figure out how to use it all. Zp has began creating continuing ed on its programming, which has helped us a ton.

Zen Planner has left no stone unturned when it comes to meeting the needs of a fitness business. Our 500 member gym transitioned from another software program and we couldn't be happier with our decision! We have several different programs within our facility and the software makes it easy to track each one as well as our facility as a whole. Zen Planner is easy to learn, easy to use, and customer service is second to none. From billing to workout tracking, Zen Planner has it covered. It has quite literally transformed our business!

My experience with Zen Planner has been excellent since day 1. They allow smaller businesses to benefit from all of their services at a price that is reasonable - I love that my company receives the same benefits and options that a larger studio has. Each and every time I have called Zen Planner with a question, issue, something I can’t figure out - my problem is solved quickly and with the most patient, professional and happy customer service team I have ever encountered.

I really enjoyed the seminar. It covered valuable information on how to use Zenplanner features for sales, prospecting and retention. All of your staff was awesome and even helped with our individual gym Zenplanner issues. Will definitely attend another.

The team present were very friendly and approachable. They gave us direct solutions and options to solve the holes we were experiencing with reporting and multi locations.

Great info. Would love a deeper level conference where we simply jam and implement over a few days. I would pay for something like that with on site support.

I've used Zen Planner to grow one martial arts school and three functional fitness businesses from scratch to mature and stable businesses. The software has continued to adapt and improve over the years. I once tested one of the major competitors for a full year to give it a shot. I found it didn't have even close to the reporting capability and it was very cookie-cutter. ZP is a robust membership solution with the ability to adapt to my business and systems.
