I purchased a door handle which I received. When I wanted to order a dummy handle to go with it I was told there are no matching handles. So I returned the original handle at my own cost ($25.00). I’m now waiting for 2 new handle sets—may take 3-4 weeks!

I needed just a small screw....
I needed just a small screw to be able to repair my Toto toilet paper dispenser. I tried to get several local places that deal in Toto to order it for me, but they weren't interested in getting me an item from Toto that was under $5. I also contacted another national firm as well as Toto itself with no luck. But Zen Supply said they would order the part from Zen and send it to me which they did. Thank you Zen Supply!

This is a good company to do business with. The products were fairly priced. The time from when the order was placed to the time I received the product was great. The website does need some work. Orders for multiple product types are cumbersome. There's also too much delay from the time the quote is placed to the time the authorization for the order is received.

Updated- have now received vs I am still waiting for my order
Update - the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I have upgraded to three stars for their efforts once I did the review they took action!
I am still waiting for my order. I received an update that it had been delivered, but it was delivered to the wrong address. I have called the company many times and was promised to get callbacks for an update. As of today, I called them back and they said that they are trying to re-process my order. I’m hoping this is true.
Update: The issue has been resolved to our satisfaction with follow up after this post. Thank you!
